Product Packaging Tape Winding Device and Product Packaging System
A product packaging tape winding device includes a moving bracket, a rotating shaft which is rotatably mounted on the moving bracket, and two groups of reels. The rotating shaft has two shaft parts extending from both sides of the moving bracket. The two groups of reels are installed on respective ones of the two shaft parts of the rotating shaft to rotate with the rotating shaft. The device is adapted such that when one group of reels has been fully wound with the product packaging tape, the moving bracket is moved to move the one group of reels from a working position to a standby position and move the other group of reels from the standby position to the working position, so as to continue winding the product packaging tape with the other group of reels.

An automatic core-charging and bobbin-discharging group in a plastic film winding machine, positioned partially juxtaposed and partially below a winding reel includes a core charging portion having a motorized linear actuator carrying a guide-support which houses a certain number of cores suitable for receiving plastic film, the guide-support being movable, backwards and forwards, between a position associated with a core charger and a juxtaposed position, axially parallel to a spindle of the winding reel, with the cores inserted on the spindle, the linear actuator also being vertically liftable with a variation in an external diameter of the cores, and a bobbin discharging portion having a motorized conveyor belt, equipped with an extendable portion, movable between a position below a spindle carrying the wound bobbins and a discharging portion of the bobbins, the conveyor belt being vertically liftable with a variation in an external diameter of the bobbins.
AUTOMATIC CORE LOADING SYSTEM
An automatic core loading system for loading a plurality of cores onto a rewind shaft includes a populating conveyor and a loading conveyor. The populating conveyor is configured to grab and move each core from a core source with the plurality of cores to a loading point for the loading conveyor one core at a time. The loading conveyor is configured to grab and move each of the cores from the populating conveyor at the loading point and move each core to a set position with a pre-determined or electronically measured gap between each core on the rewind shaft. Wherein, the automatic core loading system is configured to automatically load the plurality of cores onto the rewind shaft with the pre-determined or electronically measured gap between each core to match slit widths and spacing between a slit web of material.
