Method and apparatus for removing wrapping from rolls
In a method for removing a wrapping, such as plastic film, from a roll of material an apparatus is used, which has a roll supporting unit, and a cutting means. The roll supporting unit is configured to rotate the roll supported thereon, and the cutting means is movable into cutting abutment against the envelope surface of the supported roll for removal of the wrapping during rotation of the roll.
Method to remove an adhesive label from a bobbin and apparatus to detach an adhesive label from an end portion of a coiled sheet in a bobbin
The present invention relates to a method to remove an adhesive label (22) from a bobbin (28), the bobbin including an end portion (24) and an outer surface (25), the method including: providing a bobbin of a coiled sheet closed by an adhesive label positioned on top of the end portion of the coiled sheet (26) to attach the same to the outer surface of the bobbin; locating the adhesive label; applying a sucking force to the location of the adhesive label so as to detach the adhesive label and the end portion of the coiled sheet from the bobbin; and cutting a part of the detached end portion including the adhesive label from the bobbin. The present invention also relates to an apparatus to detach an adhesive label from an end portion of a coiled sheet in a bobbin, the adhesive label being located between the end portion and an outer surface of the bobbin.

Method and system for removing outer layer of rollstock
A method for removing outer layer of rollstock includes: first step of cutting rollstock's outermost circumferential film in a first cut portion, the rollstock formed by a film sheet rolled from base end to tip end and the tip end temporarily fixed to an outer circumferential surface; second step of cutting the film in a second cut portion closer to the base end than the first cut portion, a length from the tip end to the second cut portion being equal to or more than one round of the rollstock's outermost circumference; and step of discarding a first cut-film piece from the first cut portion to the tip end and a second cut-film piece from the first cut portion to the second cut portion by drawing the first and second pieces with a drawing device while driving an unwinding roller mounted with a hollow portion of the rollstock to rotate.

DEVICE FOR AUTOMATICALLY REMOVING FINISH TAPE ATTACHED TO FILM MEMBER WINDING ROLL
The present invention relates to a device for automatically removing a finish tape attached to a film member winding roll, the device including a finish tape removing part that removes the finish tape attached to the film member winding roll, wherein the finish tape removing part includes a mounting frame portion, a tape mounting portion rotatably installed on one side of the mounting frame portion, a separation removal portion that is spaced apart from the tape mounting portion, allows an adhesive surface of a separation removal tape to face an outside, and separates the finish tape from the film member while the adhesive surface is attached to the finish tape of an adjacent film member winding roll, and a tape collecting portion that is spaced apart from the separation removal portion and collects the separation removal tape to which the finish tape introduced through the separation removal portion is attached.
WINDER
A winder applied can include a turret part configured to hold a running film roll and a standby film roll, and a leading part including a head part configured to sense a finishing tape attached to an end side of a thin film wound on the standby film roll, grip the finishing tape, and remove the finishing tape from the standby film roll. The head part can include a head body part, a sensing unit disposed on the head body part, and a tape adsorption part disposed on the head body part. The tape adsorption part may be configured to move to a position of the finishing tape sensed by the sensing unit, temporarily couple to the finishing tape, and remove the finishing tape from the end side of the thin film wound on the standby film roll. The sensing unit may be configured to sense the finishing tape.
