Sheet supply device and sheet supply method
A sheet supply device and a sheet supply method include a guide roller disposed at an opposite side of a standby side roll with respect to a tangential line to an outer peripheral surface of the standby side roll at a pressing position in a state in which a pressing roller is pressed against a pressing position, and configured to guide a sheet from the pressing roller in a direction away from the standby side roll. Furthermore, the second guide roller is fixed to a moving unit so as to be configured to approach and move away from the standby side roll together with the pressing roller.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR JOINING WEBS WITH SELF-ADHESIVE LABELS TO BE SUPPLIED TO A LABELLING MACHINE
A device for joining webs with self-adhesive labels comprises a web retaining element (18) for, in use, selectively retaining the starting end (16) of a new web (13) at an operating zone (15) positioned along a feed path of a first web being used and a pressure element (26) positioned on the opposite side of the first web; at least one of either the retaining element (18) or the pressure element (26) being movable relative to the other, between a non-operating position in which they are at a distance from each other and an operating position in which the pressure element (26) presses the first web (10) onto an adhesive element fixed to the new web (13); it also comprises a cutting (27) movable between a non-interference position and a cutting position, movement means for moving the cutting element (27) from the non-interference position to the cutting position, and controlled feeding means for the first web (10) which are operatively associated with the movement means for causing controlled feeding of the first web (10) in the operating zone (15) during movement of the cutting element (27) towards the cutting position. A method for joining implemented by the device is also claimed.
Sheet supply device and sheet supply method
Provided is a sheet supply device capable of reliably joining sheets by accurately transmitting force for joining the sheets. A joining mechanism includes a pressing roller that presses a sheet of a supply side roll against the outer peripheral surface of a standby side roll; and a moving unit that supports the pressing roller such that the pressing roller is configured to approach and move away from the standby side roll supported by a support shaft disposed at a splice position in the radial direction of the standby side roll. The moving unit supports the pressing roller such that the center of the pressing roller is movable on a straight line passing through the center of a rotation shaft and the center of the support shaft disposed at the splice position.
SHEET SUPPLY DEVICE AND SHEET SUPPLY METHOD
Provided are a sheet supply device and a sheet supply method capable of keeping the precision of a sheet separating operation constant regardless of differences in diameter dimensions of rolls. A second guide roller is disposed at an opposite side of a standby side roll with respect to a tangential line to the outer peripheral surface of the standby side roll at a pressing position in a state in which the pressing roller is pressed against the pressing position, and guides a sheet such that the sheet is guided from the pressing roller in a direction away from the standby side roll. Furthermore, the second guide roller is fixed to a moving unit so as to be configured to approach and move away from the standby side roll together with the pressing roller.

Method and system for removing outer layer of rollstock
A method for removing outer layer of rollstock includes: first step of cutting rollstock's outermost circumferential film in a first cut portion, the rollstock formed by a film sheet rolled from base end to tip end and the tip end temporarily fixed to an outer circumferential surface; second step of cutting the film in a second cut portion closer to the base end than the first cut portion, a length from the tip end to the second cut portion being equal to or more than one round of the rollstock's outermost circumference; and step of discarding a first cut-film piece from the first cut portion to the tip end and a second cut-film piece from the first cut portion to the second cut portion by drawing the first and second pieces with a drawing device while driving an unwinding roller mounted with a hollow portion of the rollstock to rotate.
DEVICE FOR DETECTING PAPER SPLICE PART OF CARDBOARD SHEET, AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING CARDBOARD SHEET
In a device for detecting a paper splice part of a cardboard sheet and a device for producing a cardboard sheet, the device for detecting a paper splice part of a cardboard sheet, which detects a sheet paper splice part of a cardboard sheet that has a first sheet, a corrugated second sheet, and a third sheet bonded together, comprises: a sheet paper splice detection unit that detects the sheet paper splice part on the basis of the shape of the sheet and that is placed between a position at which sheets are spliced and a position at which the sheets are bonded in a sheet carrying direction; a marking device that marks the sheet paper splice part on the downstream side of the sheet paper splice detection unit in the sheet carrying direction; and a mark detection device that detects the mark on the downstream side of the marking device in the sheet carrying direction.
