The guide member is slidingly engaged on the base plate. The guide element is adjustable between a loading position which is slid rearward ly to provide space between a tape engaging end of the guide element and the nose member and a loaded position where the end of the guide element is located adjacent the nose member. A tape core support assembly can include a shaft secured to the frame and an axle assembly disposed about at least a portion of the shaft. The axle assembly includes a hub having an outer surface and at least three arcuate arms extending outwardly from the hub outer surface. An outer periphery of the arms forms a theoretical or actual cylinder configured to receive the tape core. The rotatable tape core support can include a stationary axle, a spring inclusive bushing mounted to said axle, and a rotatable tape mount. The rotatable tape mount can include a housing that receives the bushing such that the spring engages a surface of the housing to control rotation of the tape mount.
Electric Hand Held Tape Dispenser
The present invention relates generally to increase the stability and efficiency of a tape dispenser ergonomically during the taping process. This is accomplished by shifting the center of gravity toward the front end of the tape dispenser, right at the location of main roller. This can be accomplished by placing the electric motor and gear component inside the main roller of the tape dispenser. The operations of the tape dispenser such as taping and cutting process are controlled by the rotation direction of the motor, and the interaction of components with the one-way bearing. The powered cutter is driven by the electric motor and gear component inside the main roller, which will reduce the production cost of the tape dispenser by utilizing the same motor and save space by eliminating the need of additional motor and gear component.
Foil Dispensing Device
A foil dispensing device for on demand dispensing of sections of foil of a selectable length includes a housing comprising a lid that is hingedly engaged to a box so that the lid is positioned to selectively close an open top of the box. A motor is engaged to and positioned the box. A spindle is positionable in box to operationally engage the spindle to the motor. A roll of foil is positioned around spindle so that a free end of the roll of extends into a slot positioned in the housing. A motion sensor engaged to the housing and operationally engaged to the motor is actuated by motion of a hand of a user to signal the motor to rotate the spindle to dispense a section of the foil through the slot. A cutter positioned by the slot cuts the foil to separate the section from the roll.
CONTAINERS, BLANKS, AND METHODS FOR DISPENSING WEB MATERIAL
Container including base portion defining compartment. Base portion includes bottom panel defining bottom of compartment, front base panel defining front of compartment and extending upwardly from bottom panel. Base portion further includes back panel extending from bottom panel to define a back of compartment, and first and second side tabs extending between bottom panel, front base panel, and back panel at opposing sides thereof to define opposing sides of compartment. Container further includes lid portion including a top panel and a front lid panel. The top panel includes an opening and an access flap moveable between an opening position and a closed position defining the opening. The access flap includes a back edge, a front edge, opposing side edges, and a first and second front protrusions, respectively. Blanks for forming such a container and methods for disposing a web material are also disclosed.
Tape dispenser having fixing lever
Disclosed is a tape dispenser for cutting tape, while the tape is being unwound by rotation of a tape roll, including: a fixing part coming into close contact with an outer peripheral surface of the tape roll so as to fix the tape roll thereto; a fixing lever to which a given force is applied so that the fixing part rotates to come into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the tape roll; a rotating shaft connected to the fixing lever and rotating to come into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the tape roll; an extended part for connecting the fixing part and the rotating shaft with each other; and a close-fitting member disposed on the inner side of the tape roll so as to apply a given force to the tape roll in one direction.
MULTI-DIVISION TYPE TAPE CUTTER
A multi-division type tape cutter is disclosed. A multi-division type tape cutter according to the present invention includes: a rotating member which has a cylindrical shape and includes a fastening protrusion provided on one side surface thereof and a plurality of rotating wings provided along the outer cylindrical circumferential surface thereof, each of the rotating wings having a ¬-shaped end; a tape roller into which a tape is fitted; a housing forming a body, wherein the rotating member and the tape roller are fixed to the inside of the housing, a first cutter unit located between the rotating member and the tape roller and provided in a direction orthogonal to a winding direction of the tape; and a second cutter unit provided inside the housing in a direction orthogonal to the winding direction of the tape.
DISPOSABLE FACE MASK WITH INTEGRATED TIE-ON FACE MASK STRAPS
A disposable face mask includes an upper portion of the face mask and a lower portion of the face mask, the upper portion and lower portion of the face masks each adjoin monolithically formed therewith face mask straps defined by perforations in a web of material used to form the face mask and straps, wherein the perforations allow the straps to be partially separated and utilized for securing said face mask to a wearer's face. The disposable face mask may be made by perforating patterns into a web of materials to define the face mask straps and face mask body that are formed monolithically from the web of materials. The face masks may be wound on a roll for dispensing by tearing off from the roll and then separating the straps at the perforations. Alternatively, the face mask borders may be cut-through to allow dispensing of the face masks individually from bulk packaging, where the face mask is removed from the package and the straps are separated at the perforations to allow the face mask to be secured to the wearer's face by tying the straps behind the wearer's head.
