WIRELESS COMMUNICATION DEVICE MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
A wireless communication device manufacturing system is provided that includes a conveyor that conveys an antenna base material in a manner passing through a mounting position, a mounter that mounts an RFIC module on the antenna base material with an insulating adhesive layer interposed therebetween, a roller pair that nips the antenna base material having the RFIC module mounted thereon in a thickness direction of the antenna base material and presses the RFIC module against the adhesive layer, a first dancer roller freely movably placed on the antenna base material on an upstream side of the mounter, and a second dancer roller freely movably placed on the antenna base material on a downstream side of the roller pair. Moreover, each of the first and second dancer rollers includes a cylindrical portion placed on the antenna base material and locking portions provided at respective ends of the cylindrical portion.
Guiding device
Disclosed is a guiding device having a guide roller that is rotatable about a roller axis and that has an exterior guide surface extending in a circumferential direction about the roller axis, wherein the guide roller includes a plurality of roller segments juxtaposed in an axial direction along the roller axis for forming the exterior guide surface, wherein the plurality of roller segments are movable relative to each other to enable the guide roller to be positioned in a maximum bend state in which the roller axis extends along an arc, wherein the plurality of roller segments are interlocked to rotate together about the roller axis in a maximum bend state, wherein the plurality of roller segments extend over an arc length along the arc of the roller axis, wherein the arc length is at least ninety degrees in the maximum bend state.
FILAMENT GUIDING AND RETENTION MACHINE AND METHOD OF USE
A guidance and maintenance machine (100) includes a guide roller (102) and an application roller (104), each having a plurality of respective grooves (102a, 104a) defined on a respective circumferential surface (102b, 104b). The guidance and maintenance machine includes at least one preparation comb (200) having a support (202) with an upper surface (202d) from which a plurality of teeth (204) extend. The teeth, with a predetermined uniform height, are aligned in parallel along a length of the support and are positioned at a pitch between them in correspondence with corresponding grooves (102a) of the guide roller (102) so that the comb (200) feeds filaments (50) from a supply creel (304), where the filaments are stored, to the guide roller (102) at a predetermined pitch positioning outside the guide roller.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING ROLLER MEMBER, ROLLER-MEMBER MOLD, ROLLER SHAFT, AND ROLLER MEMBER
A roller shaft is inserted into a mold including molding members respectively having a first mold surface that defines an outer circumference of a roller portion and second and third mold surfaces that respectively define first and second flat portions of the roller portion, and the mold is then closed. A molding material is injected around the roller shaft to integrally mold the roller portion. The roller portion includes the outer circumference and the first and second flat portions rising from the roller shaft to the outer circumference. The roller shaft includes flange portions at portions corresponding to the first and second flat portions. The flange portions prevent the molding material from leaking outside the first and second flat portions when the roller portion is integrally molded around the roller shaft by injection molding.
Filament winding apparatus
A filament winding apparatus winds, around a workpiece, a fiber bundle formed by bundling a plurality of fibers. The filament winding apparatus includes a widening roller that rotates while making contact with the fiber bundle that is being conveyed. The widening roller has, provided on the peripheral surface, a plurality of projecting ridges extending in the axial direction, the projecting ridges being arranged side by side in the circumferential direction. The projecting ridges make contact with the fiber bundle to thereby widen the fiber bundle.
GUIDING DEVICE

SOFT TUBE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND SHEET CONVEYING ROLLER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
Disclosed is a soft tube of a sheet conveying portion of a sheet conveying roller, including: a region with irregularities in an outer peripheral surface of the soft tube. The region has a root mean square slope Sdq within a range of 0.03 to 0.50.
CONVEYING SYSTEM AND BATTERY PRODUCTION SYSTEM
A conveying system and a battery production system are provided. The conveying system is used for sheet conveying, and includes: a driving roller making contact with a sheet; and a press roller arranged correspondingly to the driving roller, the press roller abutting against at least part of the surface of the sheet facing away from the driving roller and pressing the sheet against the driving roller. The press roller includes: a main shaft with a central axis; at least one hollow rubber roller detachably sleeving the main shaft; and at least one pair of fixing clamp rings arranged on two sides of the hollow rubber roller along the central axis so as to fix the position of the hollow rubber roller on the main shaft along the central axis, where an outer diameter of the fixing clamp ring is less than that of the hollow rubber roller.
PAPER SHEET HANDLING APPARATUS AND TRANSPORTATION MEMBER
A paper sheet handling apparatus includes a transportation member that transports a paper sheet and a rotation shaft member that serves as a center of rotation of the transportation member, wherein the transportation member includes a plurality of elastic loop sections having central axes parallel to the rotation shaft member, and the plurality of loop sections are arranged in a rotation direction of the transportation member such that the plurality of loop sections are each supported by an adjacent loop section when being elastically deformed while contacting the paper sheet.
