Elastic roller
An elastic roller is capable of elastic deformation at low load, lightweight and low-cost, and the surface speed of the roller has been made stable. At a drawing showing the view from the side of pipe 2 and flange 3 which make up roller 1, roller 1 which has pipe 2 and flange 3 is supported by shaft 8 which is inserted therein along axis 8a of shaft 8, the situation being such that elastic deformation occurs upon being pressed downward by pressure P from pressure-applying body 11 above pipe. None of the four outermost ribs 7a disposed in outermost gap 6a between outermost ring 4a of flange 3 and middle ring 4b which is mutually adjacent thereto and toward the interior therefrom is present in the upper portion of pipe 2.
Guide roller and transport device comprising several rollers
A roller for guiding a sheet (101) by friction has a contact surface (2) designed to be in contact with the sheet (101), the contact surface (2) having, overall, a shape of revolution when the roller (1) is at rest, a central portion (6) configured to mechanically connect the roller (1) to a rotating drive element, and a deformation portion (10) located between the contact surface (2) and the central portion (6), the deformation portion (10) being configured to deform elastically when the roller (1) guides the sheet (101) by friction. The deformation portion (10) comprises at least one cut (12) extending from the contact surface (2) to the central portion (6), the cut (12) being arranged such that the deformation portion (10) comprises at least one elastically deformable segment (16).
Image forming apparatus
An image forming apparatus includes a sheet container accommodating a recording medium therein, a sheet separating feeder including a sheet feeding body and a sheet separating body, an image forming part, and a bend applier. The sheet feeding body feeds the recording medium along with a surface movement thereof while the recording medium contacting the surface thereof. The sheet separating body forms a sheet separation nip region with the sheet feeding body and sandwiches the recording medium in the sheet separation nip region. The sheet separating feeder separates and feeds the recording medium contacting the sheet feeding body. The image forming part forms an image on the recording medium. The bend applier having a leading end of an elastic material contacts and bends the recording medium before the sheet separation nip region and generates a wrinkle extending on the recording medium in a sheet conveying direction.
ROLLER, ROLLER UNIT, PAPER FEEDER PROVIDED WITH ROLLER OR ROLLER UNIT, AND IMAGE READER
A retarding roller (a roller) is formed of a synthetic rubber (an industrial rubber material) such as ethylene propylene diene M-class rubber (EPDM) or polyurethane, or alternatively, silicone. The roller core of the retarding roller is cylindrical. M arc-shaped long holes (where M is an integer greater than or equal to 4) are formed in each of N layers (where N is an integer greater than or equal to 2) from a first layer (an outermost layer) to an Nth layer (an innermost layer) which are circular and concentric to a center axial line. In each layer, long holes are formed such that spokes in adjacent layers (an ith layer and an i+1th layer, where i is an integer from 1 to N−1) do not overlap in the circumferential direction.
ROTATABLY MOUNTED IDLER
In many continuously webbed machines, media is fed through the machine with rollers mounted to one or more rotating shafts. These shafts may be supported on each end with a cylindrical journal bearing. The rollers move at the same rate as the media to maintain traction with the media to control media position as it moves the media from one process to another through the sequence of processes in the webbed machine.
IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image forming apparatus includes a sheet container accommodating a recording medium therein, a sheet separating feeder including a sheet feeding body and a sheet separating body, an image forming part, and a bend applier. The sheet feeding body feeds the recording medium along with a surface movement thereof while the recording medium contacting the surface thereof. The sheet separating body forms a sheet separation nip region with the sheet feeding body and sandwiches the recording medium in the sheet separation nip region. The sheet separating feeder separates and feeds the recording medium contacting the sheet feeding body. The image forming part forms an image on the recording medium. CONVEYING SYSTEM AND BATTERY PRODUCTION SYSTEM
A conveying system and a battery production system are provided. The conveying system is used for sheet conveying, and includes: a driving roller making contact with a sheet; and a press roller arranged correspondingly to the driving roller, the press roller abutting against at least part of the surface of the sheet facing away from the driving roller and pressing the sheet against the driving roller. The press roller includes: a main shaft with a central axis; at least one hollow rubber roller detachably sleeving the main shaft; and at least one pair of fixing clamp rings arranged on two sides of the hollow rubber roller along the central axis so as to fix the position of the hollow rubber roller on the main shaft along the central axis, where an outer diameter of the fixing clamp ring is less than that of the hollow rubber roller.

A manufacturing system is disclosed including a conveying apparatus with a plurality of rollers that form a travel path along which a ribbon is configured to be conveyed in a travel direction. The plurality of rollers including at least a tensioning roller having a shaft and a rotation wheel with a plurality of spokes that extend radially outward from the shaft, the plurality of spokes being configured to rotate about a longitudinal axis of the shaft to cause the ribbon to be conveyed in the travel direction. The manufacturing system further including a flow generator configured to direct a flow of fluid to the plurality of spokes to cause rotation of the plurality of spokes.

The invention concerns a device for a roller body of a rotation roller with an outer hollow body that has a cylindrical shape and is built with an internal cavity, an inner body that has a cylindrical shape and is arranged in an assembly with the outer hollow body in the internal cavity of the outer hollow body, and a centring device that is used during installation of the assembly to centrally position the inner body in the internal cavity; a relevant material bridge in the opposing end sections of the assembly, whereby the relevant material bridge is formed by a filler, which is applied and cured in a space at the end section of the assembly between an inner surface of the outer hollow body and an outer surface of the inner body, which is in contact with the inner surface of the outer hollow body and the outer surface of the inner body and is fully formed between this area and forms a dimensionally stable connection between the outer hollow body and the inner body in the assembly. Furthermore, a printing roller adapter, a printing roller and a process for the production of a device for a roller body of a rotation roller are also envisaged.
