DEVICE FOR PROCESSING A CONTINUOUS WEB
A device for processing a continuous web includes a feed station for feeding the web in a feed direction towards a cutting station for cutting the web to a cutting length into individual segments of web that are disc-shaped. A further feed station feeds each segment. A first cutting unit cuts the web into the segments and a second cutting unit includes a cutting element configured to sever the web across a full width in a direction transverse to the feed direction. A drive unit is configured to issue a command to move the cutting element from a non-operating position, where the web is fed by the feed station to the first cutting unit through the second cutting unit, to an operating position, where the web is severed by the cutting element to interrupt feeding of the web to the first cutting unit.
PAPER FEEDER AND MEDIUM PROCESSING APPARATUS INCLUDING THE SAME
A paper feeder includes a load tray where cut-sheet-type media are loaded; a pickup member configured to withdraw the cut-sheet-type media from the load tray; and a blowing unit configured to supply pulse air from a downstream side of the load tray in a loading direction of the cut- sheet-type media to a front end portion of the cut-sheet-type media loaded on the load tray.
TRANSFER ADHESIVE WHEEL DEVICE OF ONLINE ADHESIVE PASTING MECHANISM, CONTROL METHOD, ASSEMBLY AND MECHANISM
Provided are a transfer tape wheel device of an on-line tape pasting mechanism, a control method, an assembly, and a mechanism. The transfer tape wheel device of the on-line tape pasting mechanism includes a transfer tape wheel shaft and multiple transfer tape wheels. Multiple vacuum holes and multiple compressed air holes are opened on a transfer tape wheel of the multiple transfer tape wheels from an inner side to an outer side of the transfer tape wheel. A vacuum interface and a compressed air interface are separately mounted on openings at two ends of the transfer tape wheel shaft. An in-shaft vacuum main line and an in-shaft compressed air main line are disposed in a hollow channel of the transfer tape wheel shaft.
Winding Method Using Air Expansion Structure
Disclosed is a winding method using an air expansion structure, which accurately controls the winding process by preset inflation parameter values and preset winding parameter values, so as to create space for a membrane to contract after winding, that is, to relieve the stress of the membrane, so as to avoid the situation of deviation or innermost side wrinkling during winding of the membrane, and the rewinding procedure is not needed, so that the complexity of the working procedure is reduced.
Method and device for stripping a winding mandrel from a roll
A method for stripping a winding mandrel from a roll formed by wrapping a web around the winding mandrel includes the following phases: to support the formed roll so that an end of the respective winding mandrel is adjacent to a gripping and rotating means for the winding mandrel; to connect the gripping and rotating means to the end of the winding mandrel and through this means place the winding mandrel in axial rotation; and to apply, by means of a translation means, an axial force to the gripping and rotating means and to the mandrel and, according with the axial force, translate this mandrel by sliding it off the formed roll.
Conveyance device and liquid discharge apparatus
A conveyance device includes a support having a support face configured to support a conveyed object and a fluid introduction device disposed outside the support. The fluid introduction device is configured to introduce a fluid between the support face of the support and the conveyed object, to form a fluid layer for floating the conveyed object. The conveyance device further includes a conveyor configured to convey the conveyed object being floating from the support via the fluid layer.
GAS DISCHARGE ROLL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SAME, AND PROCESSING APPARATUS USING GAS DISCHARGE ROLL
Provided is a gas discharge roil, which includes: an inner roll, which has a rotary shaft; an outer roll, which is fitted and integrated with an outer peripheral surface of the inner roll; gas introduction grooves, which are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner roll over an entire circumference thereof at substantially uniform intervals along a circumferential direction of the inner roll so as to extend along a rotary shaft direction of the inner roll, and which are configured to define gas introduction channels between an inner peripheral surface of the outer roll and the gas introduction grooves; and a group of gas discharge holes formed on the outer roll so as to penetrate through to the gas introduction channels. A circumferential cutoff rate of a gas introduction channel cross-section is 36% or less, or a porosity within a gas introduction range is 20% or less.
AIR-FLOATING THIN FILM BONDING APPARATUS AND ITS AIR-SUPPLYING ROLLER
An air-floating thin film bonding apparatus and its air-floating roller is provided. The apparatus is composed of an air-floating rollers, which can blow out airflow at a specific angle to be applied to the base film with three-dimensional obstacles. The positive pressure provided by the airflow can be utilized to fill the gap space caused by the three-dimensional obstacles. Therefore, the base film can bond to the bonding film tightly to overcome the wrinkles and defects caused by the three-dimensional obstacle and the problem of unflatness of the film-bonding can be solved.

Blower roll to assist paper detack from vacuum transports
A roller for a transport belt of a vacuum transport assembly includes an elongate cylindrical body adapted for a rotatably fixed connection to a vacuum transport assembly. An outer surface of the roller defines a hollow inner channel, which extends along an axial region of the body. The outer surface is a running surface for a transport belt. An inlet at one end of the hollow inner channel receives air from an air source. Perforations are formed in the outer surface for allowing air pressure to be discharged from the hollow inner channel toward the transport belt. The air diffuses through the transport belt to detack a sheet from the transport belt.
