The present application relates to a tab roll replacing device and a winding apparatus. The tab roll replacing device includes an unwinding mechanism; a roll mechanism, including a transfer plate, a first floating clamping assembly, a second floating clamping assembly, and a first fixed clamping assembly; a cutting mechanism for cutting off a tab material strip clamped by the first floating clamping assembly and the first fixed clamping assembly, or the second floating clamping assembly and the first fixed clamping assembly; and a strip splicing mechanism for connecting the tab material strip output by the unwinding mechanism.
WINDING DEVICE CAPABLE OF REAL-TIME PRECISE TENSION MEASUREMENT IN WINDING PROCESS
The present disclosure relates to winding device that includes a controller for determining a winding speed corresponding to a tension profile of a substrate to be wound and for outputting a motor control signal corresponding to the winding speed. The winding device includes an electric motor for rotating a winding core to wind the substrate according to the motor control signal; and a tension sensor that is installed on a conveying roller that transports the substrate wound around the winding core to precisely sense a tension value of the substrate in real time and provide the tension value to the controller. The controller dynamically controls the winding speed of the electric motor by using the tension value.

Winding Device for a Longitudinally Cut Material Web and System for the Controlled Winding of a Longitudinally Cut Material Web
The present invention relates to a device (20) for winding a longitudinally cut material web having multiple longitudinal strips (12) on a plurality of winding tubes (16) to form in each case a wound roll. The device comprises an axle (24) and, mounted on the axle, a plurality of ring-shaped winding drives (22) that are individually controllable in their operating position. Each winding drive (22) forms an external-rotor electric motor and comprises a static interior tube (40) and a rotatable external tube (50). The external tube (50) that is rotatable on the rolling bearings (48) bears, on its interior, a device for providing an excitation magnetic field (52) that forms the external rotor of the electric motor.
Solid roll product formed from surface rewinder with belt and winding drum forming a winding nest
A rewinding machine winds web material into a log. The machine has a winding drum that is rotatable about a center axis and about which the web material to be wound is directed. A continuous loop is spaced from the winding drum and with the winding drum defines a nip through which the web material is directed when winding the web material into the log. The continuous loop is configured to move in a direction generally opposite of a direction of the winding drum at the nip. The continuous loop is configured to change speed relative to a speed of the winding drum during winding the web material into the log about a lead edge of the web material. The continuous loop is positionable relative to the winding drum at the nip to accommodate winding the web material into the log about the lead edge of the web material and to sever the web material.
Methods and apparatus for improved web threading accomodation by a paperband turn-up system
Apparatus and methods for improved turn-up procedures on a paper making machine that include a flexible portion of a turn-up tape track and movement of a track curve portion to avoid interference with threading a paper web to a spool. A transverse turn-up tape track may be extended across a first spool to a track curve and the track curve may be set at a lower position that does not interfere with a paper web during threading, and subsequently repositioned to a position from which a turn-up position may be performed. The paper web threading leader may continue to be wound around the first spool until a full width of the paper web has been spooled onto the first spool. The transverse turn-up tape track may be maintained essentially stationary relative to the first spool.

TURN-UP PAPERBAND GUIDE WITH VARIABLE TENSION CONTROL
Improved apparatus and methods of operating turn-up apparatus on a paper machine to improve performance of a paper machine turn-up process via the inclusion of the ability to vary an amount of tension on a paperband being deployed during a turn-up procedure. A cross track may have a first internal slot for the paperband to move upon and a second slot to support a first adjustable track top holder. The first adjustable track top holder holds a first top tension band in a fixed position relative to an underlying first bottom tension band.
