ADHESIVE FILM PRODUCTION APPARATUS AND REEL BODIES
Provided is an adhesive film production apparatus for producing an adhesive film having an adhesive layer on a base material layer, the adhesive film production apparatus including: a feeding roller that continuously feeds a raw film of the adhesive film; a cutting part that cuts the raw film of the adhesive film into a plurality of adhesive films having predetermined widths; and a plurality of winding cores that wind each of the plurality of adhesive films, wherein each of the plurality of winding cores has a width larger than a width of the adhesive film as an object of winding.
ADHESIVE FILM PRODUCTION APPARATUS AND ADHESIVE FILM PRODUCTION METHOD
Provided is an adhesive film production apparatus for producing an adhesive film having an adhesive layer on a base material layer, the adhesive layer having an elastic modulus at 230° C. of 1 MPa or greater and having a glass transition temperature higher than normal temperature, the adhesive film production apparatus including a feeding roller; a cutting part; and a plurality of winding cores, wherein the raw film of the adhesive film is wound on the feeding roller such that the adhesive layer faces outward, and wherein in the conveyance path of the adhesive film traveling from the cutting part toward the winding core, the number of times of the adhesive layer of the adhesive film bending in a convex manner is set to be equal to or more than the number of times of the adhesive layer bending in a concave manner.
REEL BODY, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING REEL BODY, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ARTICLE
A reel body is the reel body in which an adhesive film having an adhesive layer on a base material layer is wound around a winding core. The adhesive film does not have a protective layer on the adhesive layer and is wound around the winding core in a state in which the adhesive layer and the base material layer are contiguous to each other in the radial direction of the winding core. A width of the winding core in an axial direction is smaller than a width of the adhesive film. In a rolled body of the adhesive film, an overhang portion jutting out in the axial direction of the winding core is provided.
ARCHITECTURAL COVERING AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING
An architectural covering and a method of manufacturing the covering is provided. The panel may include multiple strips of material extending lengthwise across a width dimension of the panel. The strips of material may be overlapped and coupled to one another to define cells between adjacent strips of material. The panel may be retracted and extended across an architectural opening, and the strips of material may include a resilient support member to expand the cells as the panel is extended across the architectural opening. The panel may be manufactured by helically winding a continuous, elongate strip of material about a drum in an overlapped manner.
ROLL REPLACING DEVICE AND ADHESIVE TAPE STICKING EQUIPMENT
The present application relates to a roll replacing device and an adhesive tape sticking equipment. The roll replacing roll device replacing includes an unwinding member, a roll replacing member, a cutting member, and an end pressing member, which can realize automatic roll replacing of a work strip and a spare strip and reduce staffing, thereby reducing labor cost.
SPOOL UNLOADING DEVICE
A spool unloading device comprising: a spindle; a first bulk spool of material is mounted on the spindle, wherein the spindle is rotatably controlled to dispense the material; a series of pulleys for receiving the unspooled material such that a variable length of the material is stored within the device before exiting the device to an upstream equipment; and a drive mechanism for indexing the unspooled material exiting the spool unloading machine at a controlled rate.
TAPE DISPENSER
The invention provides a tape dispenser for liquid-activated tape which can be used in handheld or table-top modes. A main body of the dispenser has a rear section for holding a tape reel, and a front section which houses a drive section, a cutter, an activation section, and a main reservoir located below the activation section for holding liquid to activate the tape. A pump is arranged to pump liquid from the main reservoir to the activation section, where in use liquid is applied to the tape to activate it, and means are provided to allow liquid that overflows from the activation section to return to the main reservoir, preferably under gravity. The tape reel is supported by a drum in the rear section, and the drum can be slid out of the rear section to allow the tape reel to be replaced.
REELING DEVICE
In some implementations, a reeling device may receive material via a receiving end of a set of guiding blocks positioned around a reel. The set of guiding blocks are configured with an opening at the receiving end and with one or more inner surfaces configured to guide the material on a path around a surface of the reel. The one or more inner surfaces of the set of guiding blocks are arc-shaped to generally follow the surface of the reel. The reeling device may operate a motor that rotates the reel in a loading direction to facilitate loading the material onto the reel. The set of guiding blocks travel generally away from the surface of the reel based on the material being received and/or the motor operating in the loading direction.
CARRIER TAPE PROCESSING DEVICE AND CARRIER TAPE PROCESSING METHOD
A roll body taking-out unit that takes out a roll body from a reel that holds a carrier tape storing components in a state of the roll body and stores the roll body in a case is provided. The roll body taking-out unit includes a separation unit that separates the roll body from the reel, and a roll body storage unit that stores the roll body separated from the reel by the separation unit in a case. Further, the roll body storage unit includes a case holding part that holds an empty case, and a chute part that stores the roll body separated from the reel by the separation unit one by one in the empty case held by the case holding part.
