REBAR TYING TOOL
A rebar tying tool may include a holder, a stopper, a driving roller, and a driven roller. The stopper may be configured to switch between a prohibiting state in which the stopper prohibits a reel from detaching from the holder and an allowing state in which the stopper allows the reel to detach from the holder. The driving roller may be configured to rotate. The driven roller may be configured to switch between a clamped state and a non-clamped state, the wire may be clamped between the driving roller and the driven roller when the driven roller is in the clamped state, and the wire may not be clamped between the driving roller and the driven roller when the driven roller is in the non-clamped state. The driven roller may be in the non-clamped state at all times while the stopper is in the allowing state.
Tie-wire holster
A tie-wire holster having a tire-shaped body formed of a flexible polymer material. The body includes sidewalls having first and second central openings, and at least two slots formed in the first sidewall, the slots extending from the central opening of the first sidewall into a top circumferential portion. A spool-shaped attachment member with a first flange and a second flange, the second flange sized to extend though the body's second central opening and the first flange sized to not be capable of extending through the second central opening. The first flange is positioned against an interior of the second sidewall and the second flange is positioned against an exterior of the second sidewall.

Rebar tie wire reels for reinforcing bar binding machinery
A rebar tie wire reel (110) for a reinforcing bar binding machine has a first flange (118), a second flange (120) spaced from the first flange, a hub connecting the first and second flanges and a wire (124) wound around the hub. The first flange (118) has an outwardly facing major face (134) and an outer periphery. The outer periphery is defined by a plurality of edges (170, 172, 174, 176). The plurality edges include a first edge (170) and a second edge (172) that are configured such that, in use, an amount of rotation of the rebar tie wire reel can be determined using signals provided by a movable element of a contact sensor when during rotation of the wire reel, the first edge, major face and the second edge successively travel past the movable element.
MOBILE REBAR SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING UNLIMITED LENGTHS
A vehicle supported system having a support frame, a support surface, a number of a coil handlers and a coil leveler, all supported upon the support surface. The coil handlers are configured to rotatably support a coil of reinforcing bar material in a manner which allows the reinforcing bar materials to be unwound and fed from the coil. The coil leveler may be configured to receive the reinforcing bar materials and to perform a straightening operation which will provide a straightened rebar material at an output of the mobile outfeed device. The system may also include a mobile cutter positioned adjacent outfeed device to cut reinforcing bar materials to a desired length when that length has been provided through the output.

Wire reel, reinforcing bar binding machine, and rotational information detecting method
A wire reel is detachably provided in a housing chamber of a binding machine body which binds a reinforcing bar. The wire reel includes a cylindrical hub portion which winds a wire, and a pair of parallel flanges overhanging outward from both external peripheral ends of the hub portions. A side wall inside the hub portion is formed of light-transmitting portions which allow the light from a transmissive photosensor provided in the binding machine body to be transmitted therethrough.
Wire Tie Roller
The invention relates to a wire tie roller for producing a spoil of soft annealed wire capable of being used to tie a primary transmission wire to an insulator. The wire tie roller includes a mounting assemble, shaft mountable to the mounting assemble, and a housing assembly. The housing assembly is designed to form a cylinder and includes a roller bearing system. The housing assembly and roller bearing system are designed to allow the formed cylinder to rotate about the shaft when the mounted shaft is positioned in the cylinder. The housing assembly further includes an wire receiving aperture along the outer wall of the housing assembly near one end of the cylinder and when soft annealed wiring is inserted in the aperture the cylinder can be rotated about its center axis to produce a coil of soft annealed wiring.
MANUAL LASHER APPARATUS
An apparatus for lashing a cable with a lashing wire includes a housing for containing a spool of lashing wire, a handle extending from the housing, a wire guide assembly, and a wire tensioning member. The wire guide assembly is supported above a top side of the housing adjacent to a wire outlet so that when the lashing wire is threaded through the wire guide assembly, the lashing wire is redirected toward a front end of the housing. The wire tensioning member is supported adjacent to the front end of the housing so that the lashing wire extending from the wire guide assembly can be threaded around the wire tensioning member and wrapped around the cable and a support strand.
WIRE REEL, REINFORCING BAR BINDING MACHINE, AND ROTATIONAL INFORMATION DETECTING METHOD
