The flexible conduit emerges from an exit port on the handle of the flexible conduit dispenser case for ease of access and control. Also disclosed is a planar base which holds the flexible conduit dispenser case in position for increased ease of dispensing the flexible conduit and engagement members on the rotating hub increase the retention of the flexible conduit.

The present invention relates to a reel for storing and dispensing a winding material wound on the reel. The reel comprises a hub and side walls each disposed at the axial end faces of the hub and protruding past the outer circumferential surface of the hub in an approximately radial direction, the storage space defined by the surfaces of the side walls facing toward each other and the outer circumferential surface of the hub and surrounding the hub serving for receiving the winding material. A traffic control light strip supports a plurality of light emitting diode illumination devices within a plurality of LED units upon an elongated supporting strip. A power and control unit responsive to operator inputs is operatively coupled to the LED units to provide selective illumination patterns of the light emitting diodes. The traffic control light strip is supported by a flexible elongated base member which allows the entire traffic control light strip to be rolled upon a storage reel from a deployed configuration to a convenient storage configuration. In an alternate embodiment, the traffic control light strip includes a pair of extendable hinge coupled support members that facilitate folding the traffic control light strip to a closed transport and storage configuration.
