The support unit includes a hollow post supported on the base unit and a sleeve provided on the hollow post. The joint unit includes a lower joint connected to the hollow post, a tubular plug inserted in an upper end of the hollow post, and an upper joint comprising a lower portion inserted in the tubular plug and an upper portion inserted in the shell. The reel unit includes a shell, a hollow reel, a crank, an outlet joint, a track, a driving rod, a sliding element, a transmission unit, a lower tube, and an upper tube.
