The system includes a first cable reel comprising: a first wheel member; a second wheel member spaced apart from the first wheel member; a first inner wheel member disposed between the first wheel member and the second wheel member; a plurality of first gear members disposed on a first outer surface of the first wheel member; and a plurality of second gear members disposed on a second outer surface of the second wheel member.
THREAD STORAGE APPARATUS WITH TOP AND BOTTOM CONNECTORS
A thread storage apparatus includes a core around which thread is wound for storage. The core extends along an axial direction from a top end to a bottom end. The apparatus includes a top connector on the top end of the core, and a bottom connector on the bottom end of the core. The thread storage apparatus may be selectively attached to a first adjacent thread storage apparatus along the axial direction by connecting the top connector to a connector on the first adjacent thread storage apparatus. Similarly, the thread storage apparatus may be selectively attached to a second adjacent thread storage apparatus along the axial direction by connecting the bottom connector to a connector on the second adjacent thread storage apparatus. An assembly is formed by attaching several thread storage apparatuses in series. Adaptors are used to change between different characteristics of adjacent thread storage apparatuses in the assembly.
FABRIC ORGANIZATION DEVICE
The invention relates to a fabric organization device for collecting, gathering, folding, organizing, stacking and storing sheets of flexible materials including fabrics, textiles, and other flat, sheet-form, bendable, flexible and foldable woven, non-woven and textile materials, embodiments of the invention enabling pieces and sheets of materials to be collected in an organized, uniform and stackable manner to facilitate the display, handling and storage of textile materials in a convenient and economical manner.
REEL MADE OF MOLDED COMPONENTS
A composition for making a molded article such as a reel flange, and a method making the same, are provided. The composition may consist essentially of about 75-95 wt % dry waste wood and about 10-25 wt % binder such as melamine-urea-formaldehyde (MUF) or PMUF resin. The waste wood may be recycled wood fiber from pine or other hardwoods, sawdust and wood chips. The method comprises mixing dry waste wood with MUF or PMUF resin binder to make a wood/resin mixture, and compressing the wood/resin mixture in a mold cavity at a pressure and temperature.
Collapsible, re-useable spool
A spool is transitionable between an operable (i.e., cable ready) state and a stowed (i.e., return ready) state. In the operable state, the spool is configured to receive and hold a coil of cable. In the stowed state, the spool has a reduced three-dimensional footprint compared to the operable state, thereby facilitating storage and return of the spools. The spool can be releasably locked in the operable state. When the lock is released, the spool can be freely transitioned between both states to facilitate reuse of the spool.
Stackable wire-dispensing container
An apparatus for dispensing wire or cable, the apparatus including an enclosure with a top and a bottom portion and at least three side portions of a first height, a plurality of holes located in both the top and bottom portions of the enclosure, and a core of a second height located within the enclosure, wherein the core forms an area, wherein at least one of the plurality of holes has a first hole diameter and is located in the top and bottom of the enclosure and is located within the area formed by the core, and wherein the wire or cable is placed around the core.
SPLIT SPOOL ASSEMBLY FOR A THREE-DIMENSIONAL PRINTER
A split spool assembly for discharging filament to a three-dimensional printer is provided. The assembly includes a first spool part having a first reel collar angularly spaced from an axis and a first hub portion, which is disposed about the axis and angularly spaced from the first reel collar. The assembly further includes a second spool part having a second reel collar angularly spaced from the axis and a second hub portion, which is disposed about the axis and angularly spaced from the second reel collar. The first and second collars are spaced from one another for storing a predetermined amount of filament therebetween. The first and second hub portions are disposed about the axis and terminate at associated first and second ends, with the first and second ends being positioned adjacent to one another such that the first and second hub portions are arranged in series along the axis.
Hose-reeling apparatus
A hosed-reeling apparatus comprising a hose reel and a rack having a front opening for demountably receiving and supporting the hose reel. The hose reel has two sidewalls, a connection member concentrically coupling the two sidewalls, and two spindles extending laterally outward from the centers of the two sidewalls, respectively. The rack has at least a base framework, and a locking structure configurable between an unlock position and a lock position. The base framework has two upward facing channels on opposite sides thereof for demountably receiving the hose reel spindles. The channels are accessible from thereabove when the locking structure is at the unlock position, and the channels are inaccessible from thereabove when the locking structure is at the lock position. Each of the sidewalls of the hose reel may have at least one straight outer edge, allowing the hose reel sit stably on a horizontal surface or a ramp.
Reel with built in pallet
A cable reel for holding a cable wound thereon that includes a cylindrical drum having a longitudinal axis, a first end, and a second end spaced from the first end. The cable reel also includes a first flange that is coupled to the first end of the cylindrical drum and a second flange that is coupled to the second end of the cylindrical drum. The cable reel further includes a spacer that extends axially outward from the first flange. The spacer is configured to support the reel with the first flange spaced above a support surface when the longitudinal axis of the reel is in a substantially vertical orientation and with the reel being supported on the support surface by the spacer.
UNDERWATER DEVICE AND UNDERWATER SYSTEM
A handling device includes a winch comprising a frame, intended to be attached to a structure of the surface vessel and a first drum capable of turning relative to the frame about a first rotation axis and an assembly comprising at least one second drum which surrounds the first drum and is capable of turning relative to the frame about a second rotation axis substantially parallel to the first rotation axis, the winch being capable of being in a decoupled state wherein the first drum and the second drum are rotationally decoupled about the first rotation axis and the second rotation axis so as to allow a traction cable to be wound around the first drum during a first winding step wherein the first drum is rotated about the first axis, the second drum being capable of being in an open state wherein the second drum has a receiving opening that a towed body is capable of passing through in order to enter the interior of the space that surrounds the first drum and that is surrounded by the second drum, the winch being capable of being in a coupled state wherein the first drum and the second drum are rotationally coupled about the second rotation axis so as to allow a flexible elongate body to be wound around the second rotation axis during a second winding step wherein the second drum is rotated about the second axis.
