One end of the reverse wheel assembly sequentially passes through an E-shaped snap ring, a flanged bearing, a one-way bearing stop ring and a one-way bearing to be mounted to the reverse wheel fixing frame, and the one-way bearing and the reverse wheel fixing frame are coupled by the one-way bearing stop ring to form a stationary rigid body, and the one-way bearing stop ring is in contact with only an outer ring of the flanged bearing.
Mix mail feeder
A feeder (12) for feeding envelopes in a mail handling machine comprising a transport deck (30) for receiving a stack of envelopes, feed rollers (34) for conveying downstream envelopes towards a reference wall (32) leaving a clearance path for the envelopes; a stack sensor (48) for detecting the presence of the stack of envelopes at a predetermined height threshold; and a control unit (46) configured for decreasing acceleration of the feed rollers when the stack of envelopes goes below the predetermined height threshold.
SHEET FEED DEVICE
According to one embodiment, a sheet feed device includes a first roller, a second roller, a torque limiter, a holder, and a driving unit. The first roller conveys a sheet in a first direction while being in contact with a first surface of the sheet. The second roller faces the first roller and is in contact with a second surface which is a back side of the first surface of the sheet in a state of sandwiching the sheet between the second roller and the first roller. The torque limiter imparts an anti-torque to the second roller in order to generate a force on the second surface in a direction opposite to the first direction. The holder rotatably supports the second roller. The driving unit moves the holder and biases the holder toward the first roller.
FEEDING DEVICE
A feeding unit includes: a retard roller; a holder section; a protruding section; an accommodating section; a pressing section; a first restricting section; and a second restricting section. The holder section rotatably holds the retard roller. The protruding section serves as a rocking fulcrum of the holder section. The accommodating section accommodates the holder section. The pressing section presses the holder section. The first restricting section restricts movement of the holder section in a retreating direction. The second restricting section restricts movement of the holder section in a direction opposite to the retreating direction. The pressing section is arranged so as to deviate in a Y direction with respect to a virtual line passing through a middle point of the protruding section and a middle point of the first restricting section. The holder section comes into contact with the first restricting section and the second restricting section.
PAPER SEPARATION STRUCTURE
A paper separation structure arranged in an office machine, comprising: a separating roller set having a separating roller and a shaft, and a pick roller arranged to correspond to the separating roller set and contacted with the separating roller set, wherein the separating roller has a roller frame, a shaft hole is formed in the roller frame for accommodating the shaft, and a rubber layer connected with the pick roller, the shaft hole has a narrow inner diameter at a middle of the shaft hole and a wide inner diameter at opposite ends of the shaft hole to form two swing spaces between the middle of the shaft hole and opposite ends of the shaft hole, the roller frame and the rubber layer are swung about a joint between the middle of the shaft hole and the shaft.
FEEDER FOR FEEDING DOCUMENT TO DOCUMENT IMAGING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FEEDING DOCUMENTS
A method and apparatus for processing documents are provided. The apparatus includes a feeder for receiving a packet of a plurality of documents and separating the documents to serially feed the documents to a scanner. A drop feeder conveys the document packets to the feeder. A sensor provides information related to the thickness of the document packets and the drop feeder is controlled in response to the information related to the thickness of a packet in the feeder. The method includes the control of the drop feeder in response to information related to the thickness of a document packet at the feeder.
Feeder for feeding document to document imaging system and method for feeding documents
A method and apparatus for processing documents are provided. The apparatus includes a feeder for receiving a packet of a plurality of documents and separating the documents to serially feed the documents to a scanner. A retard adjacent the feeder is operable in first and second positions. In the first position the retard forms a nip with the feeder so that the retard is operable to impede the progress of one or more documents in the packet while the feeder feeds one of the documents in the packet. In the second position, the retard is spaced apart from the feeder to form a gap between the feeder and the retard. The system further includes a sensor for detecting a characteristic of the documents in a packet indicative of whether the number of documents in the packet exceeds a predetermined threshold. A drive mechanism automatically drives the retard pad between the first and second positions in response to the detected characteristic.
PAPER SHEET SEPARATION DEVICE AND PAPER SHEET SEPARATION METHOD
A paper sheet separation device includes a separation roller coming into contact with paper sheets, a feed roller rotating with respect to the separation roller to convey the paper sheets separately one by one, and a pair of guide members having guide faces coming into sliding contact with a front end of the paper sheets and being provided on both sides in an axial direction of the separation roller. A friction coefficient of the guide face is smaller than a friction coefficient of a peripheral face of the separation roller. The guide face is provided protruding outward of the separation roller from the peripheral face of the separation roller in a radial direction of the separation roller. The guide face is supported to be able to move inward in the radial direction of the separation roller at a contact point between the separation roller and the feed roller.
Device and method for separating value documents, in particular banknotes, and value document processing system
An apparatus and a corresponding method for singling value documents includes: an input device which is devised for receiving a stack of value documents, a transport device which is devised for drawing a value document from a stack of value documents located in the input device, and a transport element, which is devised to influence the drawing of the value document from the stack of value documents. At least one sensor is provided which is devised to capture a size of the stack located in the input device, in particular a height of the stack and/or a fill level of the input device, and a density of the stack. A control device is devised to control the transport device and/or the transport element based on the captured size of the stack and/or the captured density of the stack.
