Adhesive tape dispenser with external corner tape alignment mechanism
An adhesive tape dispensing device with a tape alignment mechanism, comprising a body formed from a rigid material or materials, configured to hold and dispense adhesive tape, and a tape alignment mechanism comprising at least one spring that presses laterally against the edge of the tape, the side of the tape form, or against a hub onto which the tape is mounted, and a caulking spacer with guides which allows for dispensing of tape along an external corner, even where such corners are not square.
Integral Anti-Rollback for Injection Molded Tape Dispensers
A tape dispenser system includes a monolithic plastic injection molded frame with an integral anti-reverse rotation pawl. To help prevent the free end of a roll of tape from accidentally retracting, falling back, and frustratingly bonding onto the coiled portion of the tape, the pawl engages the inner diameter of a cardboard spool that holds the roll of tape. Strategically located mold parting lines and certain air gaps allow injection molding of a dispenser frame that has two spool-supporting sidewalls plus the integral pawl.
Flagging tape dispensing system
A tape dispensing system, including: a first roll cartridge including a hub with a first axial side and a second axial side opposite the first side; a first twist-lock connector integral with the first axial side of the hub a second twist-lock connector integral with the second axial side of the hub; a tape cutter extending radially from the hub; and a second roll cartridge substantially identical to the first roll cartridge, the first twist-lock connector of the second roll cartridge mates with the second twist lock connector of the first roll cartridge.
Tape roll holder
A tape roll dispenser has a backplate, a spindle, a cutting surface, a tab, and a writing device holder. The spindle is an arcuate channel with a bottom trough that extends outwardly from the upper section of the backplate and a sidewall that is parallel to the backplate's plane. The cutting surface extends outwardly from the bottom section of the backplate, and the tab extends upwardly from a center section of the cutting surface between serrated edges at opposite sides. The writing device holder has a pair of posts connected to and extending outwardly from the external surface of the sidewall with a rod connected between the posts and alternative writing device holders can be attached to different locations on the spindle or to the backplate, the cutting surface, or the tab. The serrated edges have a longer tooth positioned between two sets of teeth.
ERGONOMIC TAPE HOLDER AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to an ergonomic tape holder onto which a roll of tape is mounted and secured. In particular, the ergonomic tape holder is a single-piece and unitary constructed apparatus having vertical towers disposed on a fixed based which prevents the roll of tape from shifting, rolling, or moving about the base.
TAPE DISPENSER
The invention provides a manually operated tape dispenser for dispensing a roll of tape which is wound around a spool. The tape dispenser comprises a base configured to rest atop the outer circumference of the roll of tape such that the base is slidingly displaceable relative to the roll of tape; an elongate slot extending through the base through which a free end of tape protrudes; a locating tab extending from the base and positioned to guide the free end of tape away from the roll of tape; and cutting means for severing a length of tape; wherein a length of tape is guided by the locating tab towards the cutting means and the tape is severed by pressing the cutting means through the tape.
Electric Hand Held Tape Dispenser
The present invention relates generally to increase the stability and efficiency of a tape dispenser ergonomically during the taping process. This is accomplished by shifting the center of gravity toward the front end of the tape dispenser, right at the location of main roller. This can be accomplished by placing the electric motor and gear component inside the main roller of the tape dispenser. The operations of the tape dispenser such as taping and cutting process are controlled by the rotation direction of the motor, and the interaction of components with the one-way bearing. The powered cutter is driven by the electric motor and gear component inside the main roller, which will reduce the production cost of the tape dispenser by utilizing the same motor and save space by eliminating the need of additional motor and gear component.
Tape Roller Accessory
A tape roller accessory that allows a person to adapt a standard GaffGun™ tape roller to accept standard rolls of tape other than the tape the Gafftech company provides. The adapter includes a metal shaft with threads on one end that screw into the standard GaffGun™ assembly and threads on the opposite end to accept a threaded thumbnut that helps retain truncated cone members which in turn support a 2″, 3″ or other width of standard tape roll. The truncated cone members can be made of resilient material to frictionally grab the edges of the core of a standard tape role.
Tape dispenser with mount and rotation mechanism
The present disclosure relates to a tape dispenser for dispensing tape from a tape roll received therein. In one embodiment, the tape dispenser comprises a main body with a mandrel adapted to receive and releasably retain a tape roll, and wherein the mandrel allows rotation of the tape roll about a mandrel axis. It further includes a cutting arm comprising a blade attached to the main body for cutting the tape and positioned at a distance from the mandrel axis. The tape dispenser further includes an attachment unit for temporarily and releasably attaching the tape dispenser to a furniture, wherein the main body is pivotably attached to the attachment unit, and wherein a pivot axis is perpendicular to a mandrel axis.
Device for Unrolling and Cutting a Strip
The problem addressed by the invention is that of ensuring simple handling in the case of a device for unrolling and cutting off a strip (2) on a strip roll (3), said device having a main body (4), wherein the main body (4) has: a top side (5), having a tear-off blade (9), a gap (12), a storage plate (13) for storing the strip (2), and a roller (22); two lateral guiding surfaces (6, 7); and an underside (8). This problem is solved in that the storage plate (13) can be lateral pivoted or the roller (22) arranged after the gap (12) as viewed against the unrolling direction (11) can be inserted and locked in order to store the strip (2), wherein the storage plate (13) or the roller (22) forms the gap (12) in the end position thereof together with a rear edge (14) of the top side (5).
