Device with processing beam source and a guide for processing a filament
One aspect is a device for processing a filament in a process stream, including at least one processing beam source, designed and arranged for emitting at least one processing beam which is suitable for processing a segment of the filament by interaction of the at least one processing beam with the segment of the filament, thereby obtaining a processed filament. The device includes a guide, including a filament feed which is arranged upstream of the at least one processing beam source, and is designed to feed the filament from a feed reel. The guide is designed and arranged to guide the filament so that during the processing the segment of the filament inclines an angle with a vertical axis in the range from 0 to 45°.

Binding Device
A binding device binds a material strip reel on which a contact material strip is wound. The binding device includes a frame, a tape supply unit installed on the frame for supplying an adhesive tape, a first damper and a second damper mounted on the frame for clamping the adhesive tape, and a first roller and a second roller installed on the frame. The first roller and the second roller push and paste the adhesive tape between the first damper and the second damper onto a pair of opposite sides of the material strip reel.

Method of manufacturing winding-type electronic component
A method of manufacturing a winding-type electronic component using stranded wires which can suppress a disconnection of a winding when a plurality of windings is twisted. The method of manufacturing a winding-type electronic component includes: a preparation step of allowing a chuck to hold a core having a winding core portion (14) and flange portions; a first step of fixing a portion of each of windings supplied from nozzles (N1, N2) to the flange portion; and a second step of twisting the windings by rotating the chuck.
Filament winding apparatus
A helical winding unit of a filament winding apparatus includes guide members guiding fiber bundles F to a liner, a movement mechanism moving the guide members, and a rotation mechanism rotating the guide members. Each of the guide members includes two side walls and guide portions fixed between the two side walls. As the guide portions, a first guide portion having a first guide surface and a second guide portion having a second guide surface and provided downstream of the first guide portion are provided. In the height direction, the first guide surface is oriented to one side. The second guide surface is oriented to the other side in the height direction and provided on the other side of the first guide surface.

Apparatus for tightening wire
Provided is an apparatus for tightening wire, including: a housing (10); a spool (20) mounted to the housing to wind a wire; a winder (30) that engages with the spool to wind the wire or disengages from the same to unwind the wire; a ratchet (40) that allows axial rotation in one direction in which the wire is tightened; a spiral cam (50) where the winder and the ratchet are mounted; and a dial (60) mounted to the spiral cam to axially rotate the winder. The apparatus provides an engagement and disengagement structure that allows the spool and the winder to engage or disengage, so that, by forward and backward rotations, only the wire is wound when the spool and the winder engage and the wire is unwound when the spool and the winder disengage, thereby allowing the winding and unwinding of the wire by simple forward and backward rotating operation.

Wire winding method and wire winding apparatus
A wire winding method which can prevent twisting tendency of a wire and the occurrence of damage on the wire. The wire winding method includes: a first step of making a plurality of wires pass through a tensioner and a nozzle sequentially and fixing distal ends of the plurality of wires to a core side; and a second step of winding the plurality of wires on the core while twisting the plurality of wires by making the nozzle revolve around the core such that a mutual positional relationship between a plurality of wire insertion holes formed in the nozzle through which the plurality of wires are made to pass respectively with respect to the tensioner is set to a fixed value.
