REINFORCED SPOOL ASSEMBLY
A reinforced spool assembly has a shaft, a spool member coaxially mounted around the shaft, and two ratchets mounted on two axial ends of a combination of the shaft and the spool member. Each one of two ratchets has a body having an inner surface. The two inner surfaces of the two bodies face each other. In each one of the ratchets, the body has a reinforced supporting structure. The reinforced supporting structure is located between the shaft and the spool member and is offset from the inner surface of the body. A reference plane is defined on and extends along the inner surface of the body, is perpendicular to a central axis of the shaft, and passes through the reinforced supporting structure. Mechanical strength of the reinforced spool assembly is increased by the reinforced supporting structure.
CABLE SPOOLING APPARATUS
A cable spooling apparatus for use with a storage drum for spooling and storing cable. The cable spooling apparatus comprises a tensioning unit for adjusting the tension of a cable as it is being spooled onto the storage drum. The tensioning unit traverses a path between the opposite ends of the storage drum. Methods of spooling and unspooling cable using the apparatus are also disclosed.
SECUREMENT SYSTEM FOR SECURING CARGO IN AND TO A CARGO AREA OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
A cargo securement system for securing cargo items in and to a cargo area of a motor vehicle may include at least one elongated support rail configured to be mounted to and to extend along at least a portion of a length of an inner wall of the at least one of a side, front or rear of the cargo area of the motor vehicle, and at least one cargo restraint module configured to be releasably secured to the at least one elongated support rail, at least a first portion of the at least once cargo restraint module configured to releasably engage at least one cargo item to restrain the at least one cargo item to and within the cargo area of the motor vehicle.
Retracting systems for providing access to adapters
An adapter system is provided that facilitates convenient access to a plurality of adapters, e.g., DVI-D to HDMI adapter(s), Micro-HDMI to HDMI adapter(s), Mini-HDMI to HDMI adapter(s), Mini-DisplayPort to HDMI adapter(s), DisplayPort to HDMI adapter(s), VGA to HDMI adapter(s), MNL to HDMI adapter(s), and/or USB to HDMI adapter(s). The adapter system includes an elongated wire that features a plurality of adapters mounted/secured with respect thereto. The wire is at least partially stored within a housing and extends therefrom. The adapters are mounted/secured with respect to a portion of the wire that extends from the housing. The housing includes a retraction mechanism that facilitates retraction of the wire into the housing for convenient storage thereof. The present disclosure further provides structures that are configured and dimensioned to receive the disclosed housing, e.g., in office, commercial and/or residential environments, thereby facilitating access to the adapters that are mounted/secured with respect to the wire. In use, the disclosed adapter system permits a user to readily access and individually utilize each of the adapters mounted/secured with respect to the wire on an as-needed basis and to store at least the portion of the wire that does not include mounted/secured adapters within a housing. Retraction of the wire into the housing is facilitated by the disclosed retraction mechanism.
Modular cable reel
A system and method for collecting and storing different types of electrical cable is provided. The system includes a first cable reel comprising: a first wheel member; a second wheel member spaced apart from the first wheel member; a first inner wheel member disposed between the first wheel member and the second wheel member; a plurality of first gear members disposed on a first outer surface of the first wheel member; and a plurality of second gear members disposed on a second outer surface of the second wheel member.
Cable drum for supplying energy to an electrically powered utility vehicle
A cable drum for supplying power to an electrically powered utility vehicle, with an axially running winding body which can be set in rotation about a rotational axis in order to wind up and unwind an electrical cable, wherein on an inside, the winding body carries a plurality of fans which are configured to generate a cooling air stream directed radially outward with respect to a cylindrical drum wall.
Hose reel unit and hose reel assembly comprising a hose reel unit
A hose reel unit for a high-pressure washer has a hose reel and a reel hose arranged in its receptacle. The hose reel is rotatable about an axis of rotation for winding and unwinding the reel hose. The first end of the reel hose is connectable to a supply line and the second end to a washer wand of the high-pressure washer. The hose reel has sidewalls delimiting the receptacle in a direction of the axis of rotation. The first end of the reel hose extends to the first sidewall and is coaxial to the axis of rotation. A guide device arranged between the sidewalls guides the reel hose such that the axis of rotation extends through the reel hose. The guide device is spaced apart form the first end of the reel hose at a support distance measured in a direction of the axis of rotation.
Automated footwear lacing systems, devices, and techniques
The specification discusses various lacing engine configurations for use in an automated footwear platform. For example, lacing engines with mechanisms to detect lace cable position and/or lace cable tensions are discussed. In an example, the lacing engine can include a housing, a lace spool and a detection mechanism. The lace spool can be at least partially disposed within the housing, and be adapted to collect a portion of the lace cable in response to rotation in a first direction during tightening of the footwear platform. The detection mechanism can detect a state of the lace cable manipulated by the lacing engine.
Fishing spinning reel
Provided is a fishing spinning reel including a fishing line guide that guides a fishing line to a spool, and the fishing line guide includes a line roller that guides the fishing line picked up by a bail to the spool, and a line slider that guides the fishing line from the bail to the line roller. The line slider includes an attachment part that the bail is integrally joined to or formed with, and a wall that separates a first depression from a second depression, the first depression accommodating at least a part of a head of an arm-lever fastening screw member when the arm-lever fastening screw member is attached, the second depression accommodating an end of the line roller and covering an outer periphery of the end with a minute gap provided, and the wall and the line slider are formed of a single member.
