Fire-rated elevator door frame and transom flush with door
Some examples provide a fire-rated elevator door frame assembly with a flush transom. The transom includes a transom assembly. A fire-rated partition sits behind the transom on the hoistway side of the elevator doors. Architectural cladding can be applied to the front of the transom and to the front of the elevator doors giving the appearance that the flush transom extends high above the elevator doors.
ELEVATOR DOOR LEAF AND ELEVATOR SYSTEM
An elevator door leaf (1) comprising: a panel (2); at least one reinforcement profile (3) fixed to the panel (2). The reinforcement profile (3) is made of carbon fibre.
ELEVATOR DOOR ASTRAGAL
An illustrative example embodiment of an elevator door assembly includes a door panel having at least one edge. A base is configured to be received adjacent the edge of the door panel. An astragal is configured to be at least partially received over the base such that the base holds the astragal in a selected position aligned with the edge of the door panel. The astragal is at least partially compressible for closing off an interface between the edge of the door panel and an adjacent surface.
Rack and Chain Driven Elevator
The invention is an elevator. The elevator is driven by a rack and a chain. The elevator also comprises a transportable frame, a floor, and an elevator shaft. The purpose of the invention is, by using a rack and chain lifting device to drive the elevator, to allow the elevator to be driven from the bottom. Driving the elevator from the bottom makes the structural integrity of the elevator box unnecessary, so that the elevator box can be replaced with an elevator box façade and a fabric door, making the elevator lighter and more economical. In addition, the design of the elevator allows for adjacent doors, battery power, and voice control.
Elevator door with sensor for determining whether to reopen door
Disclosed is a system for an elevator door of an elevator car, wherein a controller controls the elevator door to travel in a proximate direction when closing and travel in a distal direction when opening, the system including: a panel that forms an exterior surface of an elevator door, the panel including a front surface extending in a widthwise direction between a proximate end and an opposing distal end to form a front surface of the elevator door, the panel including a proximate end surface extending in a depthwise direction to form a proximate end surface of the elevator door, the proximate end surface of the panel comprising a resilient portion that is capable of engaging a sensor in the panel when the elevator door is closing, and thereafter the controller instructs the elevator door to reopen.
Door arrangement of an elevator
The object of the invention is a door arrangement of an elevator, which elevator comprises at least an elevator car, an elevator car door with door panels and a suspension beam for the door panels, as well as a door motor and door coupler structure, and also landing doors, with door panels, of the floor levels and a suspension beam for the door panels, as well as a synchronization means and rollers for the door coupler. The suspension beam of the door panels of the elevator car is disposed below the motor of the door operator and the door coupler structure, and that the suspension beam of the door panels of a landing door is disposed below the synchronization means of the door panels and the rollers of the door coupler.
ELEVATOR DOOR PANEL
The elevator door panel is formed of a composite material based on reinforcement fibres embedded in a polymer matrix material, the reinforcement fibres being arranged in the polymer matrix material so that the elevator door panel is stiff in a vertical plane, but can be bent to a curve around a vertical corner.
Elevator door panel
An elevator door panel including a front plate, a thermal insulation member, a fixing member, and a longitudinal reinforcement plate, wherein four bent parts are formed by bending upper and lower ends and both side ends of the front plate into a U shape toward the back surface, the longitudinal reinforcement plate is connected to the bent parts by two brim parts on the back surface of the front plate while forming a space between the back surface and the longitudinal reinforcement plate, and the thermal insulation member is provided in the space formed between the longitudinal reinforcement plate and the back surface and fixed by the fixing member.
A SYSTEM COMPRISING MULTIPLE DIGITAL CAMERAS VIEWING A LARGE SCENE
Multiple digital cameras view a large scene, such as a part of a city. Some of the cameras view different parts of that scene, and video feeds from the cameras are processed at a computer to generate a photo-realistic synthetic 3D model of the scene. This enables the scene to be viewed from any viewing angle, including angles that the original, real cameras do not occupy—i.e. as though viewed from a ‘virtual camera’ that can be positioned in any arbitrary position. The 3D model combines both static elements that do not alter in real-time, and also dynamic elements that do alter in real-time or near real-time.
NARROW GROOVE ELEVATOR DOORSILL
A doorsill assembly for an elevator includes a thin sliding member attached to the lower part of an elevator door for guiding opening and closing of the door along a guide groove on the doorsill, and a filling bar arranged in the guide groove so as to close an opening of the guide groove except for the sliding area of the sliding member.
