Hoist elevator operation systems and methods operate using a wireless network that may include a plurality of wireless technologies. Hoist elevator operation systems include a floor call station installed on a level or floor of a construction site, as well as a car controller paired to an operator panel and installed in a hoist elevator car. A remote server and a base station may also be provided.
Elevator system with touchless elevator call entry
An elevator system has an elevator controller system to control movement of an elevator car between a predetermined number of floors of a building, and an elevator operating panel communicatively coupled via a multicore cable to the elevator controller system. The elevator operating panel includes at least one push-button having an open state and a closed state, wherein the push-button is configured to close in the closed state a wire loop of the multicore cable, and wherein the push-button is configured to be in the closed state when a user presses the push-button to enter an elevator call. In addition, the elevator system includes an ancillary operating panel arranged next to the elevator operating panel and having a proximity sensor for touchless entry of an elevator call.
METHOD FOR INDICATING ELEVATOR SERVICE STATUS AND ELEVATOR CALL DEVICE
A method for indicating a service status of an elevator, an elevator call-out device, and a computer-readable storage medium. Elevator call-out device includes a call-out button for inputting a request to cause an elevator car to move relative to a landing station where the elevator call-out device is located; a visual sign associated with a direction of movement of the elevator car indicated by the call-out button; a control unit configured to: switch the corresponding visual sign from an off state to a normally lit state upon receiving the request to cause the elevator car to move relative to the landing station where the elevator call-out device is located; switch the visual sign corresponding to the direction of movement of the elevator car after stopping to a flashing state in response to an event that the elevator car stops at the landing station where the elevator call-out device is located.
TOUCH-SENSITIVE ELEVATOR OPERATION DEVICE FOR DIRECTION OF TRAVEL CALLS
An elevator system in which an elevator car can be moved between floors in a manner controlled by an elevator controller is described. A car call device is communicatively connected to the elevator controller for inputting a destination floor is arranged in the elevator car. Elevator operation devices are communicatively connected to the elevator controller are arranged on the floors for the input of calls. An elevator operation device has a touch-sensitive screen system equipped with a substantially smooth touch surface and which responds with haptically perceptible feedback to a touch of the touch surface by a passenger.
Elevator operation managing device and elevator operation managing method that allocates a user to a car based on boarding and destination floors
An elevator operation managing device capable of reducing a switching of passengers at a time of getting on and getting out of a car. The elevator operation managing device includes an in-car position acquisition unit and a car allocation acquisition unit. The in-car position acquisition unit obtains an in-car position of a user based on layout information and a congestion degree obtained in a congestion degree acquisition unit. The car allocation acquisition unit performs a car allocation to allocate the user to the car based on a received boarding floor and destination floor and the in-car position obtained in the in-car position acquisition unit.
Systems and Methods for Group Elevator Scheduling Based on Quadratic Semi-Assignment Programs
System and methods for controlling a movement of elevator cars of an elevator system. Determine, for each elevator car, an individual waiting time of accommodating each hall call. Determine, for each pair of hall calls assigned to each elevator car, a pairwise delay over the individual waiting time of each hall call in the pair caused by a joint assignment of the elevator car to accommodate the pair of the hall calls. Approximate a cumulative waiting time of an assignment of the elevator cars. Determine the assignment of the elevator cars using a branch and bound algorithm using spectral relaxations based on a generalized eigenvalue and spectral branching that assigns the plurality of hall calls to the elevator cars to minimize the approximated cumulative waiting time. Use a controller for controlling the movement of the elevator cars according to the assignment.
SOLUTION FOR OPERATING AN ELEVATOR
The invention relates to a method for operating an elevator system. The method comprises receiving a request to drive an elevator car to a destination and generating an elevator car motion profile to serve the received request. The elevator car motion profile comprises at least the following motion parameters of the elevator car: acceleration, maximum speed, and deceleration. At least one of the maximum speed of the elevator car and the deceleration of the elevator car in the generated elevator car motion profile is defined on the basis of the destination. The invention relates also to a processing unit and an elevator system configured to perform the method at least partly.
Elevator control system overlay system
A method includes recording a primary destination dispatch request from a primary passenger at a first floor position via a destination dispatch controller 115, identifying a terminal floor, providing a terminal floor call signal to the elevator control system via an overlay controller 110, moving an assigned elevator car in a travel direction of the terminal floor, recording at least one secondary destination dispatch request from a secondary passenger at a respective at least one secondary floor position via the destination dispatch controller, approximating a position of the assigned elevator car, determining a target floor position via the destination dispatch controller, entering a target floor call corresponding to the target floor position at a calculated time to stop the assigned elevator car at the target floor position, cancelling all pending calls via the elevator control system 102, and entering at least one recorded destination dispatch request to the elevator control system.
ELEVATOR CALL DEVICE AND A DISPLAY CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides an elevator call request device and a display control method thereof, and it pertains to the technical field of elevators. The elevator call request device according to the present invention comprises: a touch display screen which is provided to passengers for performing the operation of entering a call request command, a statistical analysis module which is configured to count the number of entry operations that have been performed by time so as to obtain historical operation statistics, and a display control module which is configured to dynamically control display parameters of the touch display screen by time based on the historical operation statistics. The elevator call request device of the present invention can dynamically control display parameters in an individualized manner according to its own state of use, which can not only save energy and prolong the service life, but also realize good passenger experience.
Passenger number based call allocation in an elevator system
A method for allocating an elevator in an elevator system constructs passenger batch size distributions for each pair of floors in a building based on passenger batch journeys, each passenger batch journey defining at least the origin and destination floor of the journey, the number of passengers relating to the journey and the time of the journey; receives a call for an elevator; estimates the number of passengers waiting behind the call based on the passenger batch size distributions; and allocates the call to an elevator being able to serve the estimated number of passengers.
