Hoist Cage Assembly
A hoist cage assembly for lifting a pallet with a crane includes a cage that has a bottom end that is open for positioning around a pallet of material. The cage has a plurality of bar openings each extending through the cage. A plurality of bars is each of the bars is slidable through a respective pair of the bar openings to extend through the pallet when the cage is lowered over the pallet. Each of the bars rests on the cage when the cage is lifted to lift the pallet when the cage is lifted. A plurality of sleeves is each of the sleeves is coupled to the cage and the sleeves are strategically arranged on the cage thereby facilitating each of the bars to be slidably stored in the plurality of sleeves.
Seesaw hook apparatus
An apparatus for use by a load-lifting machine in aerial lift and transportation of loads, the apparatus comprising: a triangular body having a first side and a second side, the triangular body being adapted to balance weights of the loads simultaneously aerially lifted and transported; a plurality of holes, each hole of the plurality of holes being disposed in a corner of the triangular body; a plurality of couplers, each coupler of the plurality of couplers being connected to one of the plurality of holes; a lifting hook comprising a self-locking latch and an eye loop, the lifting hook being connected to a first coupler of the plurality of couplers via the eye loop, and the lifting hook being adapted to attach to the loads; and a lifting ring connected to a second coupler of the plurality of couplers, the lifting ring being adapted to connect to the load-lifting machine.
MODULAR LOAD CARRYING APPARATUS WITH INTERCHANGEABLE PLATFORMS
A modular load carrying apparatus for a rotary wing aircraft and to a method of operating a modular load carrying apparatus. The modular load carrying apparatus may include a tube, first and second caps that are located inside the tube at first and second axial ends, and at least first and second removable platforms that are interchangeably installable on the tube. The second cap comprises a protrusion that protrudes from the axial end, and each one of the at least first and second removable platforms is adapted for being slidable over the first axial end of the tube and restrained by the second cap at the second axial end of the tube.

CRANE HOOK ROTATION-LIMITING DEVICE
A crane hook rotation-limiting device includes a mounting base and a plunger extending through a hole formed in the mounting base so as to be movable with respect to the mounting base. A spring first bearing portion is connected to the plunger so as to be movable with the plunger. A spring second bearing portion is positioned opposite the spring first bearing portion so as to be fixed with respect to the plunger during movement of the plunger. A spring member extends between the spring first bearing portion and the spring second bearing portion. A pair of crane hook rotation-limiting devices as described herein may be mounted to a crane hook assembly to control rotation of the crane hook during movement of the hook when the hook supports a sling spreader or a sling spreader and a die (or other item of tooling).
