Soft-sided bulk material containers with hold-ins
A system, method and apparatus for transferring bulk material for transport, the method includes placing a first quantity of bulk material in a soft-sided bulk material container, extending a first hold-in across the container from a first side of the container to a second location, the second location being substantially toward a second side of the container, wherein the first hold-in is secured to the first side of the container, securing the first hold-in to the second location and placing a second quantity of bulk material in the container, the second quantity covering the first hold-in and securing the first hold-in to the second location with a weight of the second quantity of bulk material.

Bulk bag discharge assembly including a conditioning assembly
A bulk bag discharge assembly comprising a main frame assembly and a bag conditioning assembly. The main frame assembly defines a bulk bag receiving region having a discharge support base structurally configured to receive a bulk bag thereon for discharging. The bag conditioning assembly comprises opposing conditioner frames, each having a proximal end, a distal end, and an impact face, and at a proximal end, pivotably coupled to the main frame assembly. A powered cylinder is pivotably coupled to the main frame assembly at a first end, and to the first conditioner frame at a second end. The conditioning assembly is structurally configured to impact a side of a bulk bag positioned on the discharge support base, without impacting a bottom of a bulk bag, wherein the distal end of the first conditioner frame is directed at least partially in an upward direction within the bulk bag receiving region.
Release and automatic turn hook system for a bag
A hanger with automatic triggering mechanism for lifting big-bags with multiple handles which includes a plurality of inverted hooks provided in the ends of the respective arms by a simple drive of the individual closing lever over the arms, thus achieving the closing of the bottom opening of the inverted hooks and holding the big-bag handles, and allowing to disengage the big-bag handles with a simple operation gesture of resting the hanger arms against the load, or shaking of the hanger, or pulling a manual lever, in that order of convenience, so that the automatic triggering mechanism triggers in an automatic way and then the retraction of the sliding latches is achieved thus releasing the handles.

Inventory facility
This application describes an infrastructure for storing fabric totes, as well as techniques for use of fabric totes in the infrastructure that use mechanical systems to transport the fabric totes and/or access inventory items in the fabric totes. The infrastructure may include a conveyor system configured to transport the fabric totes, drive units configured to transport the fabric totes, inventory pods configured to house the fabric totes, and/or various other mechanical systems for accessing contents and/or transportation of the fabric totes. Additionally, the fabric totes may be accessed and transported manually within the infrastructure.
Inventory facility
This application describes fabric storage totes, as well as techniques for use of fabric totes in an infrastructure that uses mechanical systems to transport the fabric totes and/or access inventory items in the fabric totes. The fabric totes may include a fabric base and side walls, with a hardened material support structure. Additionally, the fabric totes may include two handles made of a substantially hard material. The fabric totes may be accessed and transported, manually and/or mechanically, via interaction with the handles.
Bulk Bag Design With Pass-Through Forklift Tine Sleeves and Method of Use
A bag configured to contain and transport bulk material includes at least one through-hole positioned at an upper portion of the bag to facilitate ingress/egress of a hoist-member of a hoisting machine. Other embodiments include a spout located at a bottom-side portion of the bag or at a base of the bag, and inserts placed at a base of the bag to form a desired contour to generate a gradient by which the material may flow. The inserts may be temporarily placed at the base or permanently affixed thereto. Further embodiments may include a contoured base without the use of inserts to generate the gradient. Methods of use include stacking and handling the bags without requiring an operator in addition to the one operating the hoisting machine or requiring the hoist machine operator to interrupt operation of the hoist machine to rig the bag to the hoist machine.
