Antenna Tower Construction/Deconstruction Stability Assemblies and Methods
Antenna tower construction/deconstruction biasing assemblies are provided. The biasing assemblies can be configured to extend between a standard and an antenna tower. The assemblies can include: an adjustable linear extension extending between a first end configured to couple with the standard and a second end configured to couple with the antenna tower; and a biasing mechanism configured to adjust the length of the linear extension and maintain the rigid engagement during transitioning of the tower from a down/erect position to an erect/down position. Methods for constructing/deconstructing an antenna tower are provided. The methods can include providing a biasing assembly.
Hoist mechanism
A hoist mechanism for lifting articles, such as a mobility scooter, into and from an interior of an automobile has a boom arranged to be mounted on the vehicle. A length of webbing depends from the boom and can be attached to the article to be lifted in use. An electric motor is configured to retract the webbing to provide lifting of the article by winding the webbing onto a spool. The boom has a mounting bracket. The spool is mounted to one side of the mounting bracket and the electric motor is mounted on the other side of the mounting bracket. The boom may take the form of a pivoting and swiveling armature. The boom may be releasably latched in a raised condition for use.
CRAWL SPACE WINCH SYSTEM
A crawl space winch system including a base plate; a winch box carried by said base plate; a winch mechanism disposed in said winch box and having a cable extending out of an opening in a front side of said winch box for attaching to an item; a winch drive shaft extending through a sidewall of said winch box and being operatively associated with said winch mechanism for retracting said cable; and, a primary anchor opening disposed in a generally central portion of said base plate for receiving a portion of a primary anchor to secure said base plate to the ground, and wherein said primary anchor provides a pivot point around which said base plate rotates.
Lifter
A lifter is disclosed. The disclosed lifter comprises: a frame; a motor part coupled to the frame; a drum rotatably coupled to the motor part and including a plurality of winding parts formed at regular intervals along the rotary shaft direction; and a plurality of wires coupled to be wound on the plurality of winding parts, respectively. Ends of the plurality of wires at one side thereof may be connected to the plurality of winding parts, respectively, and other ends of the plurality of wires may be detachably fixed to a ceiling.
Antenna tower construction/deconstruction stability assemblies and methods
Methods for constructing/deconstructing an antenna tower are provided. The methods can include engaging a stability assembly between a standard and a tower to maintain tension in a line used to raise/lower the tower. Antenna tower construction/deconstruction stability assemblies are also provided. The assemblies can include a stability assembly extending from the standard and configured to rigidly engage a portion of the antenna tower, the stability assembly being operable to maintain the rigid engagement during transitioning of the tower from a down/erect position to an erect/down position.
METHOD FOR MOUNTING OR DISMOUNTING COMPONENTS OF A WIND TURBINE AND ROPE WINCH UNIT
A method for mounting or dismounting components of a wind turbine is provided. The mounting or dismounting is accomplished by fastening at least one retaining rope or guide rope to a component to be mounted by fastening the retaining rope or the guide rope to a rope winch unit and by raising or lowering the component to be mounted or to be dismounted by means of a crane. The component to be mounted or to be dismounted is held or guided by means of the retaining rope or guide rope. The rope winch unit comprises a base, a pivot arm and a retaining unit. The pivot arm is pivot-ably coupled to the base at its first end. A rope winch for receiving the retaining rope or guide rope is provided at its second free end. The retaining unit is pivotably coupled to the pivot arm. The base comprises a plurality of latching units for receiving a first end of the retaining unit.
Mine explosion-isolating hoisting device with built-in type permanent magnet motor
A mine explosion-isolating hoisting device with a built-in type permanent magnet motor includes a spindle fixed on the ground; a permanent magnet motor stator fixed on the spindle; a drum rotating relative to the spindle, the drum surrounding the spindle circumferentially; and a permanent magnet motor external rotor fixed by a spoke plate and rotating relative to the spindle; the drum is connected to the permanent magnet motor external rotor via an isolating disc; and a radial distance between an outer circumferential surface of the permanent magnet motor external rotor and an inner wall of the drum is greater than a preset value.
Winch drum tension isolation system
A winch drum tension isolation system includes a winch drum having an outwardly extending flange. The flange includes a plurality of holes spaced along the flange. The winch drum tension isolation system also includes a locking mechanism positioned proximate the winch drum. The locking mechanism includes a locking member engageable with the flange, the locking member movable between a first position, in which the locking member is received in a first one of the plurality of holes to prevent rotation of the winch drum, and a second position, in which the locking member is spaced apart from the flange to permit rotation of the winch drum. The winch drum tension isolation system also includes a safety release mechanism having a release member that is selectively engageable with a second one of the plurality of holes to permit removal of the locking member.
