Block and tackle assembly for bladder anchor

A pulley system for tying a boat to an anchor comprising a block and tackle assembly and a jammer. The block and tackle assembly has a plurality of pulleys arranged on a first bracket and a second bracket, and a first rope strung sequentially through each of the pulleys, ending with a last pulley. The jammer is coupled to the second bracket and has a channel and a jammer exit at the end of the channel. The last pulley, the channel, and the jammer exit are configured to create a tortuous path for the rope through the second bracket. The channel may be misaligned with the last pulley. A swivel and a rope clip may be coupled to the block and tackle assembly. The swivel is configured to rotate at least 360 in either direction. The rope clip is configured to allow for quick tightening of the pulley system.

Double-reeved lifting device with a latch-locking mechanism

A double-reeved lifting device includes a lower reeve block secured to a lifting hook and an upper reeve block, wherein the two reeve blocks include reversible connection means adapted to be reversibly configured between a connected configuration and a disconnected configuration. The reversible connection means include a locking mechanism and a complementary locking structure having a frame securely supporting a bolt. The locking mechanism includes a chassis having a locking channel provided with a mouthpiece through which the bolt is configured to enter and exit and slide in the locking channel respectively upon a relative approach or distancing between the two reeve blocks, and at least one latch pivotally mounted on the chassis so as to pivot inside the locking channel, the latch provided with a free end adapted to engage with the bolt.

A load support device and load support systems. The load support device may include a body. The body may include a first fixed bollard. The body may additionally include a pivotable bollard. The pivotable bollard and the first fixed bollard may be configured such that friction is applied to a line between the first fixed bollard and the pivotable bollard without locking the line to preclude movement in response to a force applied to the pivotable bollard. A load support system may include a load support device and a line threaded through a body of the load support device in one of several different line configurations.

ROPE BRAKING DEVICE
20210205639 · 2021-07-08 ·

A rope braking device includes a base, a one-way pulley, a handle, and a clamping part. The base has a guiding slot extends along a curve path. The one-way pulley is disposed on the base and is rotatable in a direction about a rotation center. A distance that is defined from the rotation center to the curve path is variable and has a relative minimum corresponding to a position of the curve path. The handle is pivotally connected to the base and has another guiding slot. The clamping part is slidably disposed in the two guiding slots simultaneously and opposite to the one-way pulley. When the handle pivots to move the clamping part to the position, a rope wound around the one-way pulley is compressed by the one-way pulley and the clamping part, so that the rope is movable in the direction and is unmovable in the reverse direction.
