Brake assembly for securing a conveyor device, conveyor device and crane system

The invention relates to a brake assembly (1) for securing a conveyor device, in particular a crane system (100), comprising a first brake device (7) which acts on a first drive element (3), a second brake device (8) which acts on a second drive element (5), a transmission device (4), in particular a gearbox, acting between the first and second drive element, a load sensor (13, 13) which detects a load signal and passes same on to a controller (9), and the controller (9) is designed in such a way that, based on a load signal that exceeds an overload threshold, it initiates an emergency brake status and actuates the first and the second brake device (7, 8) in such a way that they act on the first and second drive element (3, 5) simultaneously within a first brake acting time, wherein one of the first and second brake devices is designed such that it acts on the first and/or the second drive element within a second brake acting time in a normal brake status, and the first brake acting time is shorter than the second brake acting time.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR STOPPING DEVICE, AND CRANE, ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND READABLE MEDIUM

The present application relates to a stopping method and apparatus for a device with a hoisting mechanism and a crane. The method includes: generating a displacement change rate according to position offset information of a hoisting handle of the device when the position offset information meets a triggering condition; comparing the displacement change rate with a preset threshold to generate a stopping control instruction; and controlling an overhead system of the device to perform deceleration stopping according to the stopping control instruction. The stopping method and apparatus for the device with the hoisting mechanism, the crane, the electronic device and the computer readable medium involved in the present application may achieve the purpose of rapid stopping control only through the hoisting handle of the device, and reduce the requirement for the driver's reaction time and increase the safety of the device when emergency stopping is required.

A fluidically actuatable disk brake system includes brake cylinder pairs each including brake cylinders arranged on both sides of a brake disk in at least one brake caliper. Each brake cylinder includes a brake piston and a spring arrangement which applies a spring force toward the brake disk. First and second fluid connections are provided on the brake cylinder. The first and second fluid connections supply a fluid to the brake cylinder so that a force counteracting the spring force is applied to the brake piston. A 2/2-way valve is assigned either to the first or second fluid connection of first brake cylinders of a brake cylinder pair. The first or second fluid connection which is not assigned to the 2/2-way valve is fluidically connected to the respective other first or second fluid connection of a second brake cylinder of the brake cylinder pair.

BRAKE DEVICE FOR ELEVATOR HOIST

A brake device for an elevator hoisting machine includes: a rod movable in an axial direction; a plurality of pistons provided to the rod so as to be arranged side by side in the axial direction; a cylinder configured to accommodate each of the pistons therein and including a pressure control chamber formed between the cylinder and each of the pistons; a lining provided to the rod so as to be capable of coming into contact with a contacted body; and a spring device configured to press the pistons in a direction in which the lining is pressed against the contacted body. Gaps are respectively formed between at least one of the plurality of pistons and the rod and between pistons adjacent to each other. Each of the pistons is configured to be driven by a change in air pressure in the pressure control chamber.
