FULL-AUTOMATIC GENE ANALYSIS APPARATUS AND GENE ANALYSIS METHOD
The present disclosure provides a full-automatic gene analysis apparatus and a gene analysis method, and relates to the field of medical detection technologies. The apparatus includes a body, a first taking and placing device, a second taking and placing device, a first lid opening and closing device, a second lid opening and closing device, a sample rack, a consumable rack, a PCR detection device and a centrifugal transfer device. The first taking and placing device is configured to take and place a sample tube or a PCR tube or perform a pipetting operation, a lid is automatically opened and closed by the lid opening and closing device; automatic transfer and centrifuging operations of the PCR tube are realized by the centrifugal transfer device; a PCR detection step is automatically performed by the second taking and placing device and the PCR detection device.
ELECTRIC BOTTLE OPENER
The present invention provides an electric bottle opener, comprising: a housing with a cavity therein; a humidity sensor; a temperature sensor; a battery; a display unit for displaying a humidity value, or a temperature value or a remaining power of the battery; a motor; an on-off switch for starting or stopping the motor; a control circuit board electrically connected with the humidity sensor, the temperature sensor, the display unit, the battery, the on-off switch and the motor; and a cork screw for pulling a cork of the wine bottle; wherein the humidity sensor, the temperature sensor, the display unit, the battery, the on-off switch, the motor, the control circuit board, and the cork screw are installed in the housing; the cork screw is connected with the motor and is driven by the motor.
SAMPLE TUBE DECAPPER
A decapping device may be integrated with an automated biochemical analyzer or biological testing system to aid in sample testing. The exemplary decapper, includes a motor that is operable to lower a latch mechanism to engage with a cap of a sample tube and then raise the latch mechanism to remove the engaged cap. As the latch mechanism is lowered, a retractor portion also descends and causes a set of grippers to extend and grip the sample tube. As the latch mechanism is raised, the set of grippers apply a corresponding pressure to hold the sample tube in place while the cap is removed. Once removed, the cap rests within the latch mechanism and the set of grippers are retracted by the raising retractor. As the latch mechanism returns to its origin position, an ejector arm is operated causing the cap to be ejected from the latch mechanism.
Particle suction capture mechanism and unstopping device equipped with particle suction capture mechanism
A device for unstopping a stopped specimen vessel that contains a liquid specimen such as blood is equipped with a mechanism which sucks and captures particles floating around the opening of the specimen vessel and prevents contamination of the specimen. The unstopping device grips a vessel and the stopper of the opening of the vessel, and removes the stopper from the opening of the vessel by changing the relative distance between the vessel-gripping mechanism and the unstopping mechanism. The unstopping device is equipped with: suction holes for sucking therethrough the gas which is present around the opening and contains liquid or solid particles; a pipeline which is connected to the suction holes and through which the sucked gas and particles are led downstream; a suction device connected to the pipeline; and a spirally flexed pipeline part disposed between the pipeline and the suction device.
