The invention also concerns an assembly comprising a device as previously defined and a plurality of ink reservoirs, each ink reservoir being connected to a connector of the device and a method for filling a cartridge using such an assembly.

Interlock apparatus for chemical supply system

The present disclosure provides a chemical supply system, including a chamber, a tubing extending into the chamber, an interlock apparatus, including a fixture for fastening the tubing, and means for determining whether the tubing is fastened by the fixture.

Filling-element assembly and filling machine

A filling-element assembly for both pressurized and open-jet filling of containers includes a filling element having a filling-element housing, a liquid valve, a return-gas channel, and a seal. The housing has a fixed first segment, a vertically movable second segment, and an extendable segment between them to surrounds the valve housing in a fluid-tight manner. A return-gas channel extends along the filling-element axis between the valve housing and the filling-element housing. In a raised position of the second segment, the seal contacts the valve housing along a circumferential contact area and seals the filling-element discharge opening thereby forming a fluid-tight closure for the return-gas channel.

METHOD FOR HANDS FREE AUTO-FILLING ONE OR MORE WATER RESERVOIRS OF A LIQUID DISPENSER AND A RELATED APPARATUS
20240286882 · 2024-08-29 ·

A method of hands free auto-filling of one or more water reservoirs of a liquid dispensing apparatus in which one or more conditions of the liquid dispensing apparatus indicative of the position of one or more float valves operably associated with the one or more water reservoirs of the liquid dispensing apparatus is sensed to determine if the one or more water reservoirs have been filled. A water dispensing assembly preferably includes a liquid manifold, a cold water reservoir, a dispensing nozzle, a pump head, an outlet port supplying water to a hot water reservoir and/or a venting assembly including a vent port and a float valve. Movement of the float valve from a position where the vent port is open to a position where the vent port is closed varies at least one condition of a liquid dispenser during filling of the one or more reservoirs enabling hands free auto-filling.
