Method for format adaptation of carriages on a linear motor system, and linear motor system

A method for format adaptation of carriages for the transportation of bottles on a linear motor system and a corresponding linear motor system are described. According thereto, container guides provided on the carriages are adapted to the body cross-section of the bottles by adjusting a guide width in an automated manner between guide jaws of the container guides which in relation to the direction of travel are the leading and trailing ones. There is then no need to replace component parts at the container guides, and the production in filling systems is optimised in terms of staff requirements, resultant production stoppages, and error sources.

FLUID FILLING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
20230219800 · 2023-07-13 ·

The present disclosure provides systems and methods for refilling fluid containers. A fluid container may include a bottle and a valve assembly. The valve assembly may include two valves and be configured to engage with the bottle and a filling head or dispensing head. A system is configured to provide pressurized fluid to the refillable container, monitor filling, determine when to stop filling, and determine how much fluid was provided. The valve assembly may include a float mechanism coupled to one of the valves of the valve assembly to ensure fluid flow is stopped when the fluid container is full. The fluid, which can include carbon dioxide, is stored in a storage tank. A flow system provides the fluid to a filling head, which engages with the fluid container. The flow system includes a transfer pump, valves, and sensors configured to provide the fluid to the filling head.

DEVICE FOR DISPENSING A SMALL QUANTITY OF A LIQUID PRODUCT
20230211993 · 2023-07-06 ·

The invention relates to a device for dispensing a small quantity of a liquid product, comprising a dispensing head (9) comprising an injection nozzle (7) to dispense a desired quantity of liquid product. The dispensing head (9) comprises an inlet (2) connected to a source of the liquid product (12) and an outlet (3) provided with the injection nozzle (7). It comprises a first valve (10) and a second valve (11) installed in series. The device comprises a control system (17) to command an opening sequence of the first valve (10) and of the second valve (11), resulting in a time of concomitant opening of the valves. The invention also relates to a method for introducing a liquid product into a container using this device. The invention makes it possible to obtain a dispensing head, which allows the dispensing of a liquid product for a period less than the minimum opening period of the valves that it comprises.

ASEPTIC FILLING METHOD AND ASEPTIC FILLING MACHINE

Even when the filling rate is high, the surface temperature of molded bottles is kept at a certain temperature or higher, and the bottles can be adequately sterilized with a sterilizer.

A preform is heated, the heated preform is sealed in a neck portion mold, a trunk portion mold and a bottom portion mold at a predetermined temperature range, and the preform sealed in the molds is blow-molded into a bottle. Any bottle is removed which has been molded in the neck portion mold, the trunk portion mold and the bottom portion mold the temperature of any of which is outside the predetermined temperature range, and a sterilizer is blasted to any bottle for sterilization which has been molded in the neck portion mold, the trunk portion mold and the bottom portion mold the temperature of all of which is in the predetermined temperature range.

VACUUM LIQUID-FILLING NEEDLE AND PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE THEREFOR
20230211911 · 2023-07-06 ·

A vacuum liquid-filling needle includes a needle shaft (2) and a pressure relief valve (3). The pressure relief valve is disposed within the needle shaft at a first end (21) thereof, and the needle shaft is able to connect at a second end (22) thereof to a pipe for supplying a solution to be filled. The pressure relief valve defines an internal cavity, in which a first slide valve and a second slide valve are disposed so as to be axially spaced apart from each other and both movable relative to the internal cavity. The valve body defines an inflow channel (33), an inflow port (34), an outflow port (35), an outflow channel (37) and exit apertures (38). Each of the inflow channel and the outflow channel is formed by a blind bore, and both the inflow channel and the outflow channel axially extend along the valve body. This vacuum liquid-filling needle can prevent undesired accidental efflux of the solution while providing depressurization and pressure stabilization effects during filling of the solution. Moreover, the solution can be sucked back in a quantitative manner, thus avoiding it from stringing at a dispensing port of the vacuum liquid-filling needle. This makes the filling process more stable, more controllable and suitable for use in precise filling in environments at high vacuum levels. Also disclosed is a pressure relief valve.
