FILLING METHOD
A filling method includes storing liquid in a liquid tank; pressing a seal member of a filling head against a mouth of a vessel to seal the mouth; providing a liquid valve in a liquid passageway which connects an inside of the liquid tank to the vessel via the filling head; providing a gas valve in a gas passageway connecting a headspace of the liquid tank to the vessel via the filling head; providing a snifting valve in a snifting passage which connects the vessel to an outside via the filling head; detecting an amount of the liquid supplied to the vessel; and when the liquid is a non-fizzy liquid, opening the liquid valve to supply the liquid to the vessel while a compressor pressurizes the inside of the liquid tank, the gas valve is closed, the snifting valve is opened, and the mouth of the vessel is sealed.
METHOD FOR FILLING AN OPERATING FLUID CONTAINER AND OPERATING FLUID CONTAINER FOR CARRYING OUT THE METHOD
A method for filling an operating fluid container and the operating fluid container thereof, which allows gases expelled from the operating fluid container to the atmosphere during a filling process of the operating fluid container to be reduced.
Method of filling and closing containers, such as bottles and similar containers, for containing products, such as beverages and similar products
In a method of filling and closing containers, such as bottles and similar containers, for containing liquid products, such as beverages and similar products, the filling and closing can be performed in a filling and closing machine or arrangement.
FILLING SYSTEM
A filling system includes a liquid tank for storing liquid; a compressor for pressurizing the inside of the liquid tank; a filling head having a seal member adapted to be pressed against a mouth of a vessel and filling the liquid to the vessel through a liquid passageway while the mouth of the vessel is sealed by the seal member; a liquid valve provided in the liquid passageway; a gas passageway connecting a headspace of the liquid tank to the vessel; a gas valve provided in the gas passageway; a snifting passage connecting the vessel to the outside; and a flowmeter for detecting the amount of liquid supplied to the vessel. When the liquid is a non-fizzy liquid, the liquid valve is opened while the liquid tank is pressurized, the gas valve is closed and the snifting valve is opened.
Apparatus and method for producing filled containers
An apparatus for producing filled containers has a transport device which is suitable and intended for transporting containers which are filled with a liquid and are closed by a closure. Furthermore, the apparatus has a penetration device which is suitable and intended for producing an opening in at least one region of the closure and/or of the container, and an application device, which applies a flowable and in particular gaseous medium to the interior of the container through this opening (or feeds the gaseous medium to this interior). Furthermore, the apparatus has a closing device which closes the opening again.
Method for cleaning an on-load top changer, and on-load tap changer
In a method for cleaning an on-load tap changer (19) in a regulating transformer (20), provision is made for the on-load tap changer (19) to comprise a moving contact (11) and a fixed contact (12); for a cleaning signal to be generated; for the moving contact (11) to be frictionally moved relative to the fixed contact (12) on the basis of the cleaning signal. An on-load tap changer (19) in a regulating transformer (20) comprises: a moving contact (11) and a fixed contact (12); a contact drive (17) which is coupled to the moving contact (11); a control device (18) which is connected to the contact drive (17) and is designed in such a manner that the control device can generate a cleaning signal and can transmit said signal to the contact drive (17); wherein the contact drive (17) is designed in such a manner that the contact drive can frictionally move the moving contact (11) relative to the fixed contact (12) on the basis of the cleaning signal.
Method for a filling valve, and a filling valve system
A filling valve system configured to discharge a predetermined volume of liquid product to individual packages is provided. The system comprises at least one filling valve; a controller configured to open the at least one filling valve thus allowing liquid product to be discharged and configured to close the at least one filling valve; and a flow meter configured to measure the amount of liquid product being discharged through the at least one filling valve. The system further comprises a pressure sensor configured to determine a pressure upstream of the at least one filling valve, wherein the controller is further configured to calculate an estimated discharge volume during a closing sequence of the at least one filling valve based on the determined pressure, and to initiate the closing sequence based on the estimated discharge volume.
PRESSURE-FILLING OF CONTAINERS
A method of pressure-filling a container includes placing its opening tightly against a filling element, extending a return gas tube into the container, causing and measuring a progression of pressures in the container's interior, thereby generating a measured progression of pressures, generating a signal indicative of the measured progression of pressures, recording it, monitoring it for information indicative of a pressure peak, identifying such information, comparing a measured value of the pressure peak with a reference value, measuring an absolute pressure at a point in time at which the pressure peak is measured, based at least in part this measurement, determining that the pressure peak is caused by the filling-material level having reached the return gas tube, and upon making the determination, transmitting closing the filling element.
