BEVERAGE DISPENSING CONDUIT REDUCING MICROBIAL BACKFLOW
A fluid conduit 100 is provided for providing a fluid connection between a beverage container 201 and a beverage dispenser, comprising a conduit body 102 with a container side 103 and a dispenser side 105, in use downstream of the container side 103, wherein the conduit body 102 defines a flow path 107 through the fluid conduit 100 between the container side 103 and the dispenser side 105, and a flow restrictor 104 provided in the flow path arranged to allow a flow of fluid from the container side 103 to the dispenser side 105, and at least substantially restrict passage of microorganisms through the conduit body 102 from the dispenser side 105 to the container side 103.
Keg sensor assemblies
Keg sensors and keg sensor assemblies are disclosed. In some embodiments, the keg sensor may include a main body and a first connector attached to the main body and configured to be connected to a keg dispensing coupler. The keg dispensing coupler may be configured to be moved between a closed position and an open position; The keg sensor may additionally include a second connector attached to the main body and configured to be connected to a valve of a keg. The keg sensor may further include a sensor assembly attached to the main body and configured to detect one or more operating parameters of liquid dispensed, via the keg dispensing coupler, from the keg through the keg sensor. In some embodiments, the keg sensor assembly may include a keg sensor and a stack cage assembly. The stack cage assembly may include a cage sized to surround the keg sensor.
Connector
The present invention provides a connector (18) for use in a beverage dispense system (1), the connector (18) defining a conduit for connecting a beverage line (2) to a beverage supply (4). The connector (18) comprises an electrical sensor (21) (e.g. a capacitive sensor) for measuring an electrical parameter of a beverage within the connector conduit. The electrical parameter and/or changes in the electrical parameter can be used to detect bubbles in the beverage and/or identify the type/brand of beverage.
CONNECTOR
The present invention provides a connector for use in a beverage dispense system, the connector defining a conduit for connecting a beverage line to a beverage supply. The connector comprises an electrical sensor (e.g. a capacitive sensor) for measuring an electrical parameter of a beverage within the connector conduit. The electrical parameter and/or changes in the electrical parameter can be used to detect bubbles in the beverage and/or identify the type/brand of beverage.
Assembly for providing a passageway for a beverage line connected between a beverage vessel contained in a cabinet, and a beverage tap secured to a tabletop accessory
Described is an assembly that provides a passageway for a beverage line connected between a beverage vessel contained within a cabinet, and a beverage tap secured to a tabletop accessory located on a top surface of the cabinet. When the accessory is secured to both the cabinet and a tabletop accessory, the accessory provides: (i) a passageway for the beverage line while (ii) stabilizing and maintaining the tabletop accessory in a stationary and fixed position relative to the cabinet. The accessory may include an upper connector (fastened to the tabletop accessory) having a female shaft for engaging a male shaft of a lower connector (fastened to the cabinet).
APPARATUS, SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DISPENSING DRINKS, FOOD, AND OTHER LIQUIDS
A self-propelling container having: a top; a bottom; a plurality of vertical walls extending between the bottom and the top; an inner bag for holding contents to be dispensed; a female coupling configured to receive and establish a friction seal with a male coupling of an external device for inserting or extracting the contents to or from the container after the friction seal is established between the female and male couplings; and at least one independent panel positioned inside the container; a compressible element associated with the at least one independent panel wherein during filling of the inner bag the compressible element is compressed, thus causing the at least one independent panel to exercise pressure onto the inner bag, and thus, helping to empty the inner bag.
Keg adapter apparatus, systems and methods of using same
A keg adapter to alleviate keg valve coupler system incompatibility. The keg adapter has a first end and a second end, the first end being compatible with at least one tap head coupler and having a diameter greater than the second end and the second and being compatible with at least one keg valve system. The keg adapter may be compatible with any combination of tap head coupler and keg valve system. A method of installing the keg adapter onto a keg for dispensing beer is disclosed. Also a method of using a keg adapter to dispense beer from a keg.
LIQUID DISPENSING HEAD
A dispense head is removably joined to a bottle, such as a wine bottle, by having a hollow cylinder extend into the bottle and on one end sealed to a neck of the bottle with gasket means for sealing the bottle in a gas tight manner and supporting the bottle, allowing the bottle to hang from the dispense head. In one embodiment a set of annular gaskets of different diameters may be provided for bottles of different neck sizes.
Dispensing line for a dispensing system
The present invention relates to a dispensing line for a dispensing system to be used in connection with dispensing of a beverage. Said system comprising a beverage container, said container comprising an outlet wherein an extractor tube is arranged, and a dispensing device adapted to connect a pressure medium, such as CO.sub.2, to the container so that the beverage present in the container is forced out of the container via the extractor tube. The dispensing line further comprises a connection means for attachment to the extractor tube, said connection means comprises a non-reattachment means, which is adapted to disengage the connection when the dispensing line is detached from the extractor tube, so that the dispensing line cannot be reused.
