Disclosed herein is a protective housing for carrying a rigid vessel. In use, the vessel will contain liquid. The housing comprises a casing. The casing includes a peripheral wall, a base and a top. The base and top are connected to the peripheral wall to define a volume for containing the vessel. The protective housing further comprises an impact absorber. The impact absorber is disposed, in use, between the vessel and casing to reduce transferral, to the vessel, of a force applied to the casing. There is also an aperture in the casing for accessing a closure section of the vessel while the vessel is in the protective housing.

The present invention relates to a dispenser (1) of beverages such as beer, carbonated beverages, non-carbonated beverages and the like, comprising: a regulating unit (2) for regulating the flow rate of at least one beverage, wherein said regulating unit (2) comprises at least one regulating group (20, 21, 22, 23) having at least one lever (200, 210, 220, 230) operable by a user between a rest position, in which said at least one beverage is not dispensed, and at least one operating position, in which said at least one beverage is dispensed with a predetermined flow rate, and a dispensing unit (3) operatively connected to said regulating unit (2), for dispensing said at least one beverage, wherein said dispensing unit (3) comprises at least one first valve (30A, 31A, 32A, 33A) movable between a closed position and an open position to allow the dispensing of said at least one beverage with said predetermined flow rate; and at least one control logic unit (U0, U1, U2, U3) connected to said at least one regulating group (20, 21, 22, 23) and said at least one first valve (30A, 31A, 32A, 33A) respectively, wherein each regulating group (20, 21, 22, 23) comprises a respective processing unit (E0, E1, E2, E3) configured to send an electrical signal to said at least one logic control unit (U0, U1, U2, U3) respectively, when said at least one lever (200, 210, 220, 230) is in said operating position, and wherein said at least one logic control unit (U0, U1, U2, U3) is configured to: receive said electrical signal from said processing unit (E0, E1, E2, E3), and activate the opening of said at least one first valve (30A, 31A, 32A, 33A) for dispensing said at least one beverage.

In one instance, the system includes a controller operatively coupled to a first pump and a second pump. The first pump and the second pump are coupled to a first liquid source and a second liquid source, respectively. The controller controls flow rates at each of the first pump and the second pump. The system includes a valve coupled to a source supply of a third liquid, including pressurized carbonated water. The system includes a fluid connector coupled to the first pump, the second pump, the valve, and a dispenser. The connector receives the first liquid, the second liquid, and the third liquid, such that a fourth liquid, including a combination of the first liquid, the second liquid, and the third liquid, is dispensable from the dispenser.

A beverage dispensing head includes a housing having a front, a rear, and a base that extends between the front and the rear. A mixing nozzle is configured to dispense a flow of beverage via the base. A valve is configured to control the flow of beverage via the mixing nozzle, and a switch is movable into and between a closed position in which the valve opens the flow of beverage via the mixing nozzle and an open position in which the valve closes the flow of beverage via the mixing nozzle. A lighting module disposed in the housing is configured to illuminate the front of the housing and the base of the housing when the switch is moved into the closed position.

A beverage dispensing head includes a housing having a front, a rear, and a base that extends between the front and the rear. A mixing nozzle is configured to dispense a flow of beverage via the base. A valve is configured to control the flow of beverage via the mixing nozzle, and a switch is movable into and between a closed position in which the valve opens the flow of beverage via the mixing nozzle and an open position in which the valve closes the flow of beverage via the mixing nozzle. A lighting module disposed in the housing is configured to illuminate the front of the housing and the base of the housing when the switch is moved into the closed position.

Beverage tap installation

A beverage tap installation includes a tap housing defining an inner cavity and a tap head defining a liquid channel having an inlet, outlet, and a valve receiving slot. The tap head includes a valve actuator and a valve actuator operating mechanism. A removable flexible dispense tube has a beverage inlet and outlet, the flexible dispense tube includes a liquid valve lodged in the valve receiving slot and cooperates with the valve actuator. A locking mechanism allows removably mounting the tap head on the tap housing. The flexible dispense tube includes an abutment surface in proximity of the valve and the tap installation having an engaging member on the tap head or the tap installation and abutting the dispense tube when the valve is lodged in the valve receiving slot. The tap head is mounted on the tap housing and the engaging member is provided on the tap housing.
