The method includes: determining fuel amount to be filled according to the information of vehicle status and the driving route of the vehicle; assigning a fueling device which conforms to a preset position rule to the vehicle according to the current position of the vehicle and the preset position rule; sending a feedback message carrying position information of the fueling device to the vehicle, so that the vehicle drives to the fueling device indicated by a position of the fueling device; and sending information of the fuel amount to be filled and the information of the identifier of the vehicle to the fueling device so that the fueling device offers fuel to the vehicle indicated by the identifier of the vehicle according to the information of the fuel amount to be filled.

The automatic identification hydrogen refueling system includes a ground positioning module, a hydrogen storage module, a mechanical arm, a refueling module, an automatic identification module and an information processing module. The ground positioning module is provided with a sensor. A hydrogen conveying pipeline is connected with the refueling module. The hydrogen storage module is arranged at a tail end of the ground positioning module, and connected with the mechanical arm, the information processing module and the hydrogen conveying pipeline. The information processing module controls the mechanical arm to drive the refueling module to preliminarily align a refueling connector after receiving a sensor signal. The automatic identification module identifies an accurate position of the refueling connector, the information processing module drives the mechanical arm to move until butting of the hydrogen refueling gun head and the refueling connector is completed, monitors and controls the refueling amount and the refueling pressure.

The system controller may compare a received transported liquid type signal from the fuel property sensor indicative of the type of liquid product in the tank compartment and compare the type of liquid product to a stored liquid product type. If the two types match, the crossover protection controller transitions the valve to an unlocked state to allow the liquid product to unload from the tank compartment. If the two types do not match, the crossover protection controller will disable the valve from transitioning to the unlocked state.
