BEVERAGE PREPARATION DEVICE
The invention relates to a method for preparing a beverage and to a beverage preparation device (1), such as a beverage dispenser, for simpler and more efficient sanitization of water. The beverage preparation device (1) comprises: a buffer tank (2) having a tank body for storing an amount of water, a recirculation line (20) configured to allow water circulating out of and back into the buffer tank (2) to form a recirculation path together with the buffer tank (2), a UV lamp (40) arranged for irradiating UV light at a position along the recirculation path to sanitize the water, a cooling unit (3) for cooling the water within the buffer tank (2), a discharge line (23) for discharging the water from the buffer tank (2) via a discharge outlet (24), and a pump (26) for selectively circulating water along the recirculation path or the discharge line (23) towards the discharge outlet.
INDUCTION HEATING MODULE AND WATER PURIFIER HAVING THE SAME
A water purifier includes a working coil, a hot water tank that faces toward the working coil and is spaced apart from the working coil by a gap to heat a liquid passing through an inner space of the hot water tank by an induction of the working coil, a bracket that is coupled to the hot water tank, the working coil being located between the hot water tank and the bracket, and a spacer that is located between the working coil and the hot water tank to thereby define the gap between the working coil and the hot water tank.
CONTROL DEVICE OF WATER PURIFIER, WATER PURIFIER, AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
A control device, for a water purifier, that dispenses hot water and that includes: an input unit that is configured to receive a command signal; and a controller that is configured to control the water purifier based on the command signal, wherein the controller is configured to: control power output of a heating unit that is configured to heat water stored in a hot water tank of the water purifier, and based on the power output of the heating unit, control temperature of hot water dispensed by the water purifier is disclosed.
Container assembly
A container assembly is disclosed. The container assembly includes a container that contains a volume. Selected portions of the container assembly may be removable. A spigot assembly may be removed and associated with a filter assembly. An ambient light sensor may be included to determine when the filter assembly has been removed.
Container assembly
A container assembly is disclosed. The container assembly includes a container that contains a volume. Selected portions of the container assembly may provide indication to a user of features or status of the container assembly.
Water ejecting apparatus
A water ejecting apparatus includes a case and a water ejection unit coupled to the case and at least partially protruding therefrom. The water ejection unit includes a fixed cover separably coupled to one side of the case and allowing a rack gear extending in a horizontal direction to be fixed thereto, a moving cover accommodated to be movable in the horizontal direction inside the fixed cover, a driving motor coupled to inside of the moving cover, a gear module configured to interwork with the driving motor, and a water ejection nozzle installed at a lower end of the moving cover and configured to eject water, in which the moving cover appears or disappears, while moving from the inside of the fixed cover in the horizontal direction or moving to the outside form the inside of the fixed cover in the horizontal direction, when the driving motor operates.
LIQUID PURIFIER
A purifier includes a housing, a filter, a supply flow path supplying water from a source to the filter, a supply valve on the supply flow path to regulate flow through the supply flow path, a nozzle provided outside of the housing, a purified liquid flow path to guide liquid from the filter toward the nozzle, a hot liquid flow path having one side branched from the purified liquid flow path and another side connected to the nozzle, a hot water module provided to heat liquid in the hot liquid flow path, a sterilization flow path having one side branched from the supply flow path and another side connected to the filter, a sterilization valve provided on the sterilization flow path to regulate flow through the sterilization flow path, and a sterilization module provided on the sterilization flow path to heat liquid in the sterilization flow path.
BEVERAGE DISPENSER WITH DISPENSING BUTTON ACTUATABLE BY PIVOTABLE VESSEL-SHELF
The present disclosure concerns a user-operable beverage dispenser 100 having a beverage dispensing mechanism that enables dispensing of beverage by a hands-free or hands-contactless operation. A vessel-supporting shelf 110 is pivotably articulated to the housing 102 and is displaceable about a pivot axis 112 between an open state in which the shelf 110 is parallel to a base of the housing 102 and configured to support a removable vessel thereon below a dispensing outlet 118, and a closed state in which the shelf 110 is substantially parallel to a sidewall portion of the housing 102, a beverage dispensing actuation element 120 located on a sidewall portion of the housing 102; and when in the closed state of the shelf 110, a section of the shelf is aligned and in contact with said beverage dispensing actuation element 120, such that application of pressure by the vessel onto said section of the shelf 110 when in the closed state causes actuation of the beverage dispensing element 120, and when in the open state of the shelf 110, the beverage dispensing actuation element 120 is user-accessible by the vessel directly.
