BEVERAGE DISPENSING CONDUIT REDUCING MICROBIAL BACKFLOW
A fluid conduit 100 is provided for providing a fluid connection between a beverage container 201 and a beverage dispenser, comprising a conduit body 102 with a container side 103 and a dispenser side 105, in use downstream of the container side 103, wherein the conduit body 102 defines a flow path 107 through the fluid conduit 100 between the container side 103 and the dispenser side 105, and a flow restrictor 104 provided in the flow path arranged to allow a flow of fluid from the container side 103 to the dispenser side 105, and at least substantially restrict passage of microorganisms through the conduit body 102 from the dispenser side 105 to the container side 103.
BEVERAGE DISPENSING ASSEMBLY PREVENTING MICRO-ORGANISM REFLUX
Beverage dispensing assembly 200 comprising a beverage container 201 with a container body 202 defining a beverage chamber arranged for holding a beverage; a dispenser 230 with a dispensing opening for dispensing the beverage; and a dispensing line extending between the beverage chamber and the dispensing opening to form a flow path enabling a flow of beverage from the beverage chamber to the dispensing opening. The dispensing line comprises a first dispensing line part 211 attached to the container body 202 and a separate second dispensing line part 220 attached to the dispenser 230, the first and the second parts fluid tightly coupled to each other with detachable coupling means 210. The first dispensing line part defines an upstream flow path section arranged to at least reduce a microorganism migration rate from a downstream flow path section in the second dispensing line part into the beverage chamber.
Water purifier
A water purifier includes a cooling water tank, a partition member mounted inside the cooling water tank and partitioning an inner space of the cooling water tank into an upper space and a lower space, a cold water pipe accommodated in the lower space; an evaporator accommodated in the upper space, and an agitator penetrating the partition member and disposed in the lower space. The partition member includes a bottom portion on which the evaporator is mounted and that defines a plurality of cooling water through-holes, and an outer wall portion extending upward along an edge of the bottom portion to define an evaporator accommodating portion. The outer wall portion is spaced apart from an inner wall of the cooling water tank to prevent ice formed in the evaporator accommodating portion from contacting the inner wall of the cooling water tank.
WATER PURIFIER
A water purifier according to an embodiment comprises: a cooling water tank storing cooling water; a partition member mounted inside the cooling water tank and partitioning an inner space of the cooling water tank into an upper space and a lower space; a cold water pipe which is accommodated in the lower space and through which edible water flows; an evaporator which is accommodated in the upper space and through which a refrigerant flows; and an agitator penetrating the partition member and disposed in the lower space so as to stir the cooling water. The partition member comprises: a bottom portion on which the evaporator is mounted, the bottom portion having a plurality of cooling water through-holes formed therein; and an outer wall portion extending upward along an edge of the bottom portion to form an evaporator accommodating portion. The outer wall portion is spaced apart from an inner wall of the cooling water tank so as to prevent ice formed in the evaporator accommodating portion from being in contact with the inner wall of the cooling water tank.
Device for dispensing yeast in a bakery and system for dispensing yeast in a bakery
The invention relates to a device for dispensing liquid yeast in a bakery, including: an inner panel (2) of a refrigerated chamber (6) onto which an inner circuit (20) for the flow of liquid yeast is pre-mounted, wherein said inner circuit is intended to be connected to a liquid yeast vessel (4) and includes a pumping unit (21); an outer panel (1) of a refrigerated chamber (6) onto which a liquid yeast metering device (16) and a metering table (10) are pre-mounted, wherein said metering table is intended to receive a vessel (3) to be filled with an amount of liquid yeast metered by said liquid yeast metering device (16). Said inner panel (2) and said outer panel (1) are structured such as to be attached sandwiched onto the wall (5) of a refrigerated chamber (6) for containing said vessel (4). Said liquid yeast metering device (16) is intended to be connected, through a wall (5) of the refrigerated chamber (6), to said inner circuit (20).
