BEVERAGE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
A beverage dispensing system, has: a reservoir; a line connected to the reservoir; a tap connected to the line; a first valve connected to the line downstream of the reservoir, the first valve having a first open configuration and a first closed configuration; and a second valve connected to the line, the second valve having a second open configuration and a second closed configuration, the second valve being in the second closed configuration when the first valve is in the first closed configuration, when in the second closed configuration, the second valve blocking fluid communication between the tap outlet and the first valve, the second valve being in the second open configuration when the first valve is in the first open configuration to connect the reservoir to the tap outlet through the first valve and the second valve.
Contactless liquid dispensing valve
A contactless valve configured to dispense a liquid can include an actuator configured to move a plug between a closed position in which the plug prevents the flow of liquid through valve body, and an open position in which liquid can be dispensed through an outlet. The valve can include an activation sensor, a presence sensor, and a controller configured to control the actuator and in electrical communication with the activation sensor and the presence sensor. The controller can be configured to switch the presence sensor into the activated state in response to the detection of the prerequisite condition by the activation sensor, and to control the actuator to move the plug from the closed position to the open position in response to the detection of the object in the upper detection zone by the presence sensor.
Beverage dispensing system with beacon transmitter and system for selective presentation of predetermined content
The present system provides a beverage dispensing assembly having a radio transmitter, wherein a personal communication device having associated software receives content from a remote content management system in response to a signal from the transmitter being received at the personal communication device. The radio transmitter may be in a retaining cavity of an extender assembly which is positioned between a faucet and a tap handle of the beverage dispensing assembly.
Lever-actuated switch systems for beverage dispensers
A switch system for controlling dispensing from a dispensing system. A frame is coupleable to the dispensing system and has a front and back. A lever extends between a pivot and pressing ends and is pivotally coupled to the frame, being pivotable between dispensing and non-dispensing positions. A resilient member between the lever and the back of the frame extends between an anchor and a contact region. The anchor region is coupled to the frame and the contact region is closer than the anchor region to the lever. A roller is pivotally coupled to the contact region. The resilient member biases the lever towards the non-dispensing position via the roller. An electronic switch is between the lever and the back of the frame. The electronic switch is actuated to cause dispensing when the lever is pivoted into the dispensing position.
SPRING-BIASED DISPENSING VALVE
A spring device for a valve unit for a beverage container includes at least one elastic element provided with a first terminal part associable with, or defining during use, a mobile head of the valve unit, and with a second terminal part associable during use with a support element provided in said valve unit. The elastic element is provided with at least one guide device directed in a direction of compression and release of said elastic element.
Beverage tap
A tap for dispensing a beverage. The tap includes: a tap body defining a beverage outlet and including a closure member seat; a closure member movably disposed within the tap body and including a head movable into sealing engagement with the closure member seat, wherein the head has a streamlined configuration and the closure member seat is intermediate the closure member and the beverage outlet; and an externally operable actuator operationally coupled to the closure member.
