Material dispensing device for automated beverage preparation apparatus

A material dispensing device, a material output volume detecting device, and a related damper device for use in an automated beverage preparation apparatus are disclosed. The material output volume detecting device includes: a damper device arranged to operably buffer liquid material flowing therethrough; and a flowmeter arranged to operably measure the flow of liquid material outputted from the damper device. The damper device includes: a damper base having a material entrance hole, a material exit hole, and a material buffer chamber positioned between the material entrance hole and the material exit hole; a diaphragm covered on the material buffer chamber; and a fastening element positioned on the diaphragm and having a hollow portion. When the volume of liquid material within the material buffer chamber exceeds a predetermined amount, the diaphragm deforms to protrude outward, so that a part of the diaphragm enters the hollow portion of the fastening element.

Fluid mixing and heat exchange device

Methods and systems are provided for mixing and heat exchange of fluids. In one example, a fluid mixing and heat exchange device includes a hot water tank, a mixing chamber spaced away from the hot water tank and fluidly coupled to a first liquid reservoir, a first chilling module fluidly coupled to the mixing chamber, a coolant tank fluidly coupled to the first chilling module, a radiator fluidly coupled to the coolant tank, and a dispensing manifold fluidly coupled to the mixing chamber and adapted to dispense a mixed and chilled fluid mixture to a plurality of fluid vessels.

UNLOADING HIGH VISCOUS FLUID PRODUCT FROM BAG CONTAINERS

A system for high pressure processing of bulk, high viscosity flowable product includes a carrier having openings therein for receiving high pressure fluid into the carrier. A flexible product bag is disposed in the product carrier, the bag having a fitment for filling and emptying the bag with high viscosity, flowable product. An opening in the product carrier for access to the fitment. An emptying system cooperates with the carrier to act on the filled product bag to increase the pressure on the product in the product bag to assist in forcing the high viscosity product out of the product bag. A control system controls the operation of the emptying system.

A sanitary touch-free automatic condiment dispensing apparatus and method of use. The automatic sanitary touch-free condiment dispensing apparatus includes a two-stage detection process for detecting and automatically dispensing a pre-determined amount of a condiment/sauce (e.g., ketchup, mustard, mayo, food sauces, desert sauces, syrups, salad dressing, etc.) or another fluid (e.g., soap, shampoo, etc.). without accidental or wasteful dispensing.

Fluid discharge system and squeezer thereof

This invention discloses a fluid discharge system and the squeezer thereof. The squeezer includes a pair of rolling shafts, a driving device, and a mounting bracket, wherein the pair of rolling shafts is rotatably mounted on the mounting bracket. Each rolling shaft has a mounting part at each of both ends and a squeezing segment located between the mounting parts. A pair of rolling shafts can operatively clamp an object to be clamped between the squeezing segments and can rotate oppositely through a driving device to apply a squeezing force to the object clamped. The squeezing segment includes a supporting shaft and an elastic body provided around the supporting shaft. The squeezer also has a protective device for protecting the elastic body at the end of the squeezing segment. The discharge system provided by this invention is a zero-residue discharge system needing not to hanging the liner bag, and has a simple structure, a good manufacturing process, simple operation, and cost savings.

Beverage dispenser for dispensing low solubility ingredients

The present application provides a beverage dispensing system for dispensing beverages with low solubility ingredients. The beverage dispensing system may include a sweetener flow, a first diluent flow, a low solubility ingredient premixing system for mixing a low solubility ingredient with a second diluent flow to create a mixed flow, and a nozzle to mix the sweetener flow, the first diluent flow, and the mixed flow.
