VARIABLE FLOW FLUID EXCHANGE MACHINE
A vehicle fluid exchange machine is disclosed that allows the technician to control the flow into the vehicle or stand-alone cooling or hydraulic system either manually or automatically based on a safe working pressure for the vehicle. If the vehicle's cooling system can handle a higher pressure for example, the technician may adjust the machine's flow to a flow rate consistent with the higher pressure rating while monitoring the pressure across the system. The default setting for the air injection process is automatic, but can also be switched to manual by the technician.
Service Cart with Configurable Display Panel
A fluid exchange service cart for performing fluid exchange service operations on a vehicle. The fluid exchange service cart additionally comprises an instrument panel and a number of panel loci to which the instrument panel may be detachably appended in different operating configurations.

Mobile fuel measurement system
A mobile fuel monitoring system (MMU) is disclosed. The fuel monitoring system may be skid mounted and is configured to monitor fuel transfers between a fuel source and a vessel, such as a ship. The disclosed MMU is a stand-alone, self-contained unit that can be easily moved from place to place. The MMU is configured to monitor and remotely report custody transfers of fuel performed at any location. Parameters of the fuel transfer operation, such as the amount of fuel transferred, the flow rate, the fuel density, and fuel temperature can be monitored and alarms may be issued if any of the parameters are out of specification. The parameter values may be transmitted to a remote location, for example, via a satellite link.
Methods and systems for on demand fuel supply
An improved fill cap for delivering a fluid from a fluid transporting mechanism to a fluid tank is disclosed. A connection plate is coupled to an opening of the fluid tank and a probe is disposed within the fluid tank and coupled to the connection plate at a first distal end. The fluid flows into the fluid tank through an outlet at a second distal end of the probe. A valve is disposed at the second distal end of the probe and is movable between an open position and a closed position to control fluid flow out of the probe outlet. An arm is coupled to the valve and moves the valve between the open and closed positions and a float is coupled to the arm that moves the arm depending on the level of fluid in the fluid tank.
