In an ozone generating device including a discharge unit for discharging a material gas that flows through a discharge space formed between two electrodes to generate ozone and a cooling unit for radiating heat which is generated by the discharging, wherein the material gas is obtained by vaporizing a liquefied raw material, the cooling unit includes a first cooling unit through which a first refrigerant flows in contact with one of the two electrodes and a second cooling unit which is provided further to the downstream side of flow of the material gas in the discharge unit than the first cooling unit, and in which the cold heat source is the liquefied raw material and the temperature of the second refrigerant introduced to the second cooling unit is set to be lower than the temperature of the first refrigerant introduced to the first cooling unit.

characterized in that the ozone generating machine (OGM) further comprises a closed loop cooling liquid circuit (CLC) comprising a converter liquid cooling portion (CECV) arranged to cool the electric current converter (ECV) and connected with the liquid-liquid heat exchanger (LLHEX).
OZONISER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING OZONE FROM OXYGEN
The present invention relates to an ozoniser comprising a first and a second electrode between which a first dielectric is arranged, wherein between the first dielectric and the first electrode, a gas channel is arranged, through which an oxygen-containing gas can be conveyed, wherein a first cooling-fluid channel is provided, the wall of which is formed at least in sections by the first dielectric or the second electrode. In order to provide an ozoniser that can realize an increased ozone yield compared to the known devices, it is proposed according to the invention that the cooling-fluid channel is filled with a porous material.
AN OZONE GENERATOR FOR GENERATING OZONE, A METHOD FOR GENERATING OZONE FROM AN OXYGEN RICH GAS AND USE OF THE GENERATOR
Ozone generator (1) for generating ozone comprising at least one high voltage electrode HVE (2), two low voltage electrodes LVE (3), at least one dielectric (4) and an electric isolator (25) placed in an area between the two LVE (3′, 3″). The generator (1) further comprises a first gap (7) and a second gap (8) and at least one of the gaps (7, 8) is a corona chamber. The at least one dielectric (4) comprising a first surface (9) is turning towards a HVE-surface (22) and an opposite second surface (10) is turning towards a first surface (17) of one of the LVE (3). The second surface (10) of the dielectric (4) is directly or indirectly supported in its full extension by the first LVE-surface (17), and at least one of the gaps (7, 8) is placed between the first surface (9) of the dielectric (4) and a first HVE-surface (22), said gap is a corona-chamber adapted to develop ozone.
Treatment of water to extend half-life of ozone
A system for providing an acidic ionized ozonated liquid. The system includes a liquid inlet arranged to accept a liquid into the system; an acid-based cation-exchange resin in fluid communication with the liquid inlet, the resin adapted to exchange cations in the accepted liquid with H+ ions on the resin; an ozone dissolving apparatus in fluid communication with the liquid inlet and the acid-based cation-exchange resin; and a liquid outlet in fluid communication with the liquid inlet, the acid-based cation-exchange resin and the ozone dissolving apparatus. The ozone dissolving apparatus and the acid-based cation-exchange resin cooperating to produce the acidic ionized ozonated liquid for dispensation out of the system via the liquid outlet.
GAS-DISSOLVED WATER PRODUCTION DEVICE AND PRODUCTION METHOD
An ozone water production device (1) includes: flow rate controllers (4, 5) that each control a flow rate of gas which is a raw material; a flow rate meter (12) that measures a flow rate of water which is a raw material; a booster pump (13) that controls pressure of the water; an ozone water generating unit (8) that generates ozone water by mixing ozone gas and the water; and a pressure sensor (17) that measures pressure of the ozone water which is to be supplied to a use point (19). The booster pump (13) controls the pressure of the water such that the pressure of the ozone water measured by the pressure sensor (17) is constant. The flow rate controllers (4, 5) each control the flow rate of the gas in accordance with the flow rate of the water measured by the flow rate meter (12).
OZONE GENERATION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR OPERATING SAME
In an ozone generating system in which an intermittent operation is performed, in which an ozone generating operation period in which ozone is generated by discharging gas which contains oxygen in a discharge space of an ozone generating apparatus and an ozone generating operation standby period in which gas is sealed in an ozone generating apparatus and discharge is stopped so as not to generate ozone are performed repeatedly, an absorbent which absorbs at least one of nitric acid and nitrogen oxide is provided in an ozone generating apparatus other than the discharge space.

A gas processing device includes: a casing that includes a first end having a first opening region constituting an intake port, a second end having a second opening region constituting an exhaust port, and a main body portion on the inside of which is formed a hollow portion; a discharge lamp that has a tube body which is disposed in the hollow portion and which has a shape extending in the first direction, a first electrode, and a second electrode, the discharge lamp that emits ultraviolet rays from the tube body; a power supply unit arranged outside the casing; and a first power supply line and a second power supply line that are wired so as to pass through a side closer to the first end than the main body portion, and that electrically connect the power supply unit to the first electrode and the second electrode.
