SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR RESOURCE RECYCLING OF SULFUR DIOXIDE
A system for resource recycling of sulfur dioxide includes a charcoal reduction furnace, a high temperature dust remover, a cooling separator A, a liquid sulfur tank, a cooling separator, a tail gas absorption tower, a gas stripping tower, a hypo reactor, a centrifuge, a mother liquor tank and a thickener. And a method for resource recycling of sulfur dioxide includes the following steps: (1) preparing elemental sulfur, (2) removing dust from a process gas containing gaseous sulfur, (3) separating elemental sulfur, (4) reabsorbing residual SO.sub.2 gas, (5) purifying sulfur powder, (6) preparing a slurry of cured hypo, (7) performing liquid-solid separation, and (8) preparing an absorption slurry. According to the method, SO.sub.2 gas is reduced into liquid sulfur and sulfur powder, and sodium thiosulfate is coproduced.
COBALT-FREE POSITIVE ELECTRODE MATERIAL FOR LITHIUM ION BATTERY, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR, AND LITHIUM ION BATTERY
Provided are a cobalt-free positive electrode material for a lithium ion battery, a preparation method therefor and a lithium ion battery. The method for preparing the cobalt-free positive electrode material for the lithium ion battery comprises: mixing lithium nickel manganese oxide with sulfate, so as to obtain a first mixture; and reacting the first mixture at a predetermined temperature, so as to obtain the cobalt-free positive electrode material. The cobalt-free positive electrode material comprises lithium nickel manganese oxide and a cladding layer of an outer surface thereof, and the cladding layer comprises lithium sulphate. The lithium ion battery comprises the cobalt-free positive electrode material. The cobalt-free positive electrode material has a relatively high electrical performance and a relatively low alkali content.
PROCESS AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING LIPF[6], AND MIXTURE CRYSTAL, COMPOSITION, ELECTROLYTE SOLUTION, AND LITHIUM BATTERY CONTAINING LIPF[6]
Disclosed are a process and continuous system for producing LiPF.sub.6, and a prepared mixture crystal, composition, electrolyte solution and lithium ion battery containing LiPF.sub.6. During preparation, a first feed stream containing PF5 and a second feed stream containing LiF and HF are introduced into a first microchannel reactor, a gas part of a product in the first microchannel reactor is introduced into a second microchannel reactor to react with a third feed stream containing LiPF.sub.6, LiF and HF, and a liquid part of the product in the first microchannel reactor is subjected to crystallization and drying to obtain LiPF.sub.6. The LiPF.sub.6 has the advantages of a high purity, a uniform particle size, a high product quality stability, etc., and is suitable for use as a component of an electrolyte solution of a lithium ion battery.
Process for exploiting gas effluents from alcoholic fermentation
The present invention relates to a method for the valorization of gaseous effluents derived from alcoholic fermentation, comprising: a step of alcoholic fermentation in a bioreactor producing a fermented matter and a gaseous effluent, wherein the gaseous effluent comprises carbon dioxide; a step of extraction of the gaseous effluent from the bioreactor, followed by compression thereof, in order to obtain a compressed gaseous effluent; and a step of production of a suspension of alkaline bicarbonate in a bicarbonate production unit, wherein the bicarbonate production unit is divided into at least two compartments arranged successively in series. The present invention also relates to a corresponding plant.
DRY COMPOSITIONS, EMULSIONS AND/OR FLUIDS FOR CHEMICAL AND PHYSICAL SUN PROTECTION AND USE THEREOF
The present invention refers to a dry composition for chemical and physical sun protection, the composition comprising a) at least one calcium carbonate, and b) from 0.1 wt.-% to 100 wt.-%, based on the dry weight of the at least one calcium carbonate of step a) of at least one lignin. Furthermore, the present invention refers to a fluid composition comprising the inventive dry composition as well as to an emulsion comprising the inventive dry composition. The present invention also refers to the use of the inventive compositions for sun protection of plants and parts thereof as well as the use of the inventive emulsion for chemical and physical sun protection in a cosmetic formulation.
LITHIUM METAL COMPOSITE OXIDE POWDER, POSITIVE ELECTRODE ACTIVE MATERIAL FOR LITHIUM SECONDARY BATTERY, POSITIVE ELECTRODE FOR LITHIUM SECONDARY BATTERY, AND LITHIUM SECONDARY BATTERY
The present invention relates to a lithium metal composite oxide powder having a layered structure, and comprising at least Li, Ni, and an element X, wherein: said element X is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Co, Mn, Fe, Cu, Ti. Mg, Al, W, Mo, Nb, Zn, Sn, Zr, Ga, V, B, Si, S, and P; and the lithium metal composite oxide powder satisfies requirements (1), (2), and (3): (1) an angle of difference (θ1- θ2) calculated from an angle of repose (θ1) and an angle of fall (θ2) is 15° or less, wherein the angle of repose (θ1) is an angle of slope of the lithium metal composite oxide powder piled on a measurement table, and the angle of fall (θ2) is an angle of slope measured after application of a predetermined impact force to the measurement table; (2) an average primary particle diameter is 1 .Math.m or more; and (3) an amount of water contained in the lithium metal composite oxide powder is 1000 ppm or less.
ALUMINUM PHOSPHITE-BASED COMPLEX WITH DUAL-PEAK THERMAL GRAVITY DECOMPOSITION CHARACTERISTICS AND PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF
The present disclosure provides an aluminum phosphite-based complex with dual-peak thermal gravity decomposition characteristics and a preparation method and use thereof. A structural formula of the complex is as follows: ((HPO.sub.3).sub.3Al.sub.2).((H.sub.2PO.sub.3).sub.3Al).sub.x, wherein x is 0.01-0.5 and represents a molar ratio of (H.sub.2PO.sub.3).sub.3Al to (HPO.sub.3).sub.3Al.sub.2. The dual-peak thermal gravity decomposition characteristics are as follows: a first gravity peak temperature is 460-490° C., and a second gravity peak temperature is 550-580° C. The preparation method includes: uniformly mixing aluminum phosphite and aluminum hydrogen phosphite according to the ratio in the structural formula, and then performing stepwise heating at a rate of 5° C./min to raise the temperature of a mixture from the normal temperature to no more than 350° C. within 1-10 hours, so as to obtain the aluminum phosphite-based complex with the dual-peak thermal gravity decomposition characteristics. The complex may serve as or is configured to prepare a flame retardant or a flame-retardant synergist.
