A ceramic glass for cooktop includes a glass material having an uneven layer formed on an upper surface of the glass material. A color difference meter value L of the ceramic glass ranges from 90 to 100. The glass material includes Li.sub.2O, Al.sub.2O.sub.3, and SiO.sub.2. A heat shock temperature of the ceramic glass ranges from 525° C. to 575° C. The ceramic glass implements a surface roughness Ra of 0.1 μm or less and surface roughness Rz of 0.8 μm or less through a polishing operation. The surface roughness Ra corresponds to an average length between at least one peak of the uneven layer and at least one valley of the uneven layer. The surface roughness Rz corresponds to a vertical distance between the at least one peak of the uneven layer and the at least one valley of the uneven layer.

METHODS FOR CAMERA MOVEMENT COMPENSATION

A method, system, apparatus, and/or device for adjusting or removing frames in a set of frames. The method, system, apparatus, and/or device may include: associating a first frame of a set of frames with motion data that is captured approximately contemporaneously with the first frame; when a sampling rate of the motion data is greater than a frame rate of the set of frames, aggregating a first sample of the motion data captured at the first frame and a second sample of the motion data captured between the first frame and a second frame of the set of frames to obtain a movement value; when the movement value does not exceed a first threshold value, accepting the first frame from the set of frames; and when the movement value exceeds the first threshold value, rejecting the first frame from the set of frames.

TRANSPARENT ARTICLE

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a transparent article in which sparkling on an anti-glare surface or other roughened relief surface is suppressed. The transparent article is provided with a transparent substrate, and a roughened relief surface provided to at least one surface of the transparent substrate. The relief surface has a surface roughness Sq of 50 nm or less measured in a spatial period of 20 μm or greater in the transverse direction.

SELF-CLEANING, ANTI-SOILING COATINGS WITH ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONALITIES AND METHOD OF PRODUCTION THEREOF
20220389233 · 2022-12-08 ·

Mesoporous nanostructured coatings are disclosed. The coatings comprise particles of a refractory material, the particles having diameters <200 nm, connected by a material that is formed from a precursor that is deposited on the substrate with the particles, typically by oxidation of the precursor. The material that connects the particles enhances their necking and adhesion to the substrate. In preferred embodiments, the coatings are multi-functional, combining anti-reflective properties with a second property such as self-cleaning or anti-soiling. A novel method for making the coatings, based on inkjet technology, is also disclosed.

DUST REPELLENT SILICA AND TITANIA COATINGS

Novel coatings disclosed herein can be used to mitigate dust adhesion. In one embodiment, a method of making a dust repellant coating includes combining a titanium dioxide sol with colloidal silica to form a mixture. The method also includes adding solvent to the mixture, stirring the mixture for about an hour, and filtering the mixture into a solution of titanium dioxide and silica dioxide.

COATED GLASS ARTICLES WITH ADHESION PROMOTING REGION

A coated glass article includes a glass article comprising a glass having a surface. The surface has an adhesion promoting region comprising a nanostructure formed at the surface of the glass. The adhesion promoting region is constructed of materials that are the same as one or more constituents of a glass composition of the glass. The coated glass article further includes a coating disposed on the adhesion promoting region formed at the surface of the glass. The coating incudes one or more polymer coating materials. The adhesion promoting region improves adhesion of the coating to the glass while also eliminating the use of titania or other adhesion promoting compounds that can adversely affect the optical properties of the coatings.
