Coated panel and method for manufacturing a coated panel
The present invention relates to a method for the manufacturing of a coated panel, in particular a wall, ceiling or flooring panel for applications in outdoor areas, as well as such a panel. The method comprises the following steps: providing a carrier plate of mineral wool and/or glass wool, comprising a front side and a rear side, applying a primer onto the front side of the carrier plate, thereafter applying a liquid first oligomer in an amount of 30 to 150 g/m.sup.2 onto the front side of the carrier plate; thereafter applying a liquid second oligomer, which differs from the first oligomer, in an amount of 30 to 180 g/m.sup.2 onto the wet surface of the before applied layer of the first oligomer.

Optical fiber cable with high fiber count
The present disclosure provides optical fibers with an impact-resistant coating system. The fibers feature low attenuation. The coating system includes a primary coating and a secondary coating. The primary coating and secondary coating have reduced thickness to provide low-diameter fibers without sacrificing protection. The primary coating has high tear strength and is resistant to damage caused by mechanical force. The secondary coating has high puncture resistance. The outer diameter of the optical fiber is less than or equal to 190 μm.
ACOUSTIC PRODUCTS
The invention relates to a method of making an acoustic product and a novel acoustic product, wherein the acoustic product is made by adhering a facing to a first major surface of an acoustic insulation element by the use of an adhesive and curing the adhesive. The adhesive is an aqueous adhesive composition which comprises a component (i) in form of one or more oxidized lignins; a component (ii) in form of one or more cross-linkers; a component (iii) in form of one or more plasticizers.

Abrasive article reinforced by discontinuous fibers
An abrasive article has an abrasive portion and chopped strand fibers (CSF) with enhanced strength and/or fracture of toughness. The CSF may be coated with a thermoplastic having a loss on ignition of at least about 2 wt %. The CSF can have a primary coating and a secondary coating on the primary coating. At least some of the CSF can have a length of at least about 6.3 mm.

Optical fibre coated with a polyester coating
The present invention concerns an optical fibre comprising: an optical waveguide comprising a glass core surrounded by a glass cladding; a coating surrounding said optical waveguide comprising a cured polymer material comprising a polyester obtained by esterification of: a reactant A selected from an acid, a triglyceride, or a mixture of triglycerides having a C.sub.16-C.sub.24 aliphatic chain comprising at least two conjugated double bonds; and a polyol made of at least one monomer comprising at least 3 hydroxyl groups, the polyol being thermally stable up to 300° C. (reactant B). The present invention concerns also the above said polyester coating, a method for coating an optical fibre with said polyester coating and a method for obtaining predetermined mechanical properties of a coating for an optical fibre. The cured polymer forming the coating can be prepared by curing the polyester of the invention either thermally or by radiation.
