Apparatuses and systems for and methods of generating and placing zero-slump-pumpable concrete
Methods, systems, and devices, are developed for in-situ placement of a concrete mix that can have the thixotropy to hold vertical dimension without containment, while maintaining pliability to be pumped into place and manipulated to a desired shape, and can be combined with concrete set accelerators, allowing subsequent layers of this concrete mix to be continuously stacked in place to build tall walls and such without the use of forms. Concrete without these special properties is pumped toward the point of placement where it is modified by injecting and mixing, into that line of pumped concrete, an admixture containing thixotropes, thickeners and/or set accelerators or other modifiers to provide these properties and other improvements. This method allows conventional plant batching with commonly available constituent materials for batching an economical concrete that is delivered to a jobsite and then is pumped most of the way to a point of placement.
Additive for hydraulically setting compositions
The present invention relates to an additive for hydraulically setting compositions comprising a colloidally disperse preparation comprising at least one salt of a polyvalent metal cation with at least one organic phosphonate and/or phosphate compound as anion and at least one polymeric dispersant comprising anionic and/or anionogenic groups and polyether side chains. The additive is especially suitable as slump retainer and for improving early strength.
CONCRETE ADMIXTURE
A defoamed aqueous composition including 5 to 75 weight-% of at least one anionic polymer, 0.05 to 5 weight-% of at least one water insoluble liquid defoamer and 0.005 to 3 weight-% of at least one polysaccharide, based on 100 weight-% of the composition. The composition gives predictable air content in non-air entrained and air-entrained mortar and concrete.

POLYDICARBOXYLIC ACID BASED DISPERSANT
A copolymer, in particular a dispersant for hydraulically setting binder compositions, including a specific dicarboxylic acid based subunit and a specific polyalkylene glycol based subunit wherein the molar ratio of the dicarboxylic acid based subunit to the polyalkylene glycol based subunit is from 1.5-4.
COPOLYMER, DISPERSANT, AND DISPERSION COMPOSITION
Provided is a copolymer that can be used as a dispersant having high dispersibility and high slump retention capability.
A copolymer according to an embodiment is a water-soluble copolymer that contains, as constituent monomers, at least one monomer selected from a monomer (A) represented by formula (1) and a monomer (B) represented by formula (2), and at least one monomer (C) selected from an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer (C-1) and an oxyethylene group-containing unsaturated carboxylic acid ester (C-2). The content of the monomer (C) is 20 mass % or more and 99 mass % or less.

Additive containing a superplasticizer and a copolymer
The present invention relates to admixtures, especially a dispersant for solid particles, in particular a dispersant for mineral binder compositions, comprising: a) a superplasticizer and b) a copolymer having a polymer backbone and side chains bonded thereto, comprising at least one ionizable monomer unit M1 and at least one side chain-bearing monomer unit M2, wherein the copolymer has a nonrandom distribution of the monomer units M1 and/or the monomer units M2 in a direction along the polymer backbone, and wherein the superplasticizer and the copolymer differ from a chemical and/or structural point of view.
Method for preparing concrete superplasticizer having phosphorous acid group and use thereof
The present invention discloses a method for preparing a concrete superplasticizer having a phosphorous acid group and a use of the concrete superplasticizer. The concrete superplasticizer having a phosphorous acid group according to the present invention is prepared by free radical copolymerization of a phosphorous-containing monomer A and a polyether macromonomer B. The concrete superplasticizer having a phosphorous acid group obtained in the present invention can effectively improve flowability of concrete and can retain good workability of concrete. The method is simple, economical and effective, and in particular, can be used for commercial mass production.
