COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING CURABLE RESIN FOR ANTI-STATIC FLOORING
The invention relates to a composition for making flooring material comprising resin and particles comprising ammonium quaternary salt. The resin is generally an unsaturated polyester resin. The flooring materials, or engineered stone slabs from which the flooring materials or other material can be formed, are generally made from combining the resin, particles, inorganic particulate material and an initiator and allowing the resin to cure. The flooring material composition may be cobalt free. Metal catalysts may be used to cure the resin.
ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE CEMENT-BASED COMPOSITE COMPOSITION
Disclosed is an electrically conductive cement-based composite composition capable of exhibiting stable electrical performance since carbon nanotubes and carbon fibers are mixed in cement at a proper weight ratio so as to lower sensitivity to a specific resistance change caused by the change in a water/cement ratio (w/c). The electrically conductive cement-based composite composition includes, in order to have stable electrical characteristics of which a specific resistance is 100 .Math.cm or less even with the change in the water/cement ratio (w/c), the cement, 0.1-0.5 wt % of the carbon nanotubes on the basis of the cement weight, 0.1-0.4 wt % of the carbon fibers on the basis of the cement weight, and silica fume and a superplasticizer as other additives.
EPOXY RESIN-CONTAINING CEMENT-BOUND COMPOSITION FOR ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE COATINGS OR SEAL COATS
A multicomponent composition including: A) a binder component (A) including at least one epoxy resin, B) an aqueous hardener component (B) including at least one amine compound as an amine hardener and water, and C) a solid component (C) including at least one hydraulic inorganic binder, preferably cement, the multicomponent composition containing, relative to the total weight, at least 8% by weight of an organic binder, the total amount of epoxy resin and amine hardener constituting the organic binder, and at least one organic salt. The multicomponent composition preferably includes at least one pigment as the colorant. The multicomponent composition can be used to produce conductive floor coatings or floor seal coats suitable for ESD floor coatings. The coatings or seal coats can be produced in a large number of color hues.
