The surface layer includes the the following components in parts by weight: 40-70 parts of quartz sand, 10-30 parts of quartz powder, 20-45 parts of inorganic active powder, 0.5-4 parts of pigment, 0.3-1 parts of water reducing agent and 3-10 parts of water. The toughened base layer includes the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of inorganic active powder, 45-65 parts of sand, 0.8-1.5 parts of water reducing agent, 6-14 parts of water, 0.4-2 parts of inorganic fiber and 0.8-2.5 parts of toughener.
