Method for manufacturing pillar-shaped honeycomb structure filter
A method for manufacturing a pillar-shaped honeycomb structure filter including preparing a pillar-shaped honeycomb structure having a plurality of first cells and a plurality of second cells that are alternately arranged adjacent to each other with a porous partition wall interposed therebetween; adhering ceramic particles containing 50% by mass or more in total of one or two selected from SiC and SiN to a surface of the first cells; and performing a heat-oxidation treatment on the pillar-shaped honeycomb structure in which the ceramic particles are adhered to the surface of the first cells to form a porous film comprised of the ceramic particles having an oxide film thereon so as to satisfy: (1) 0.05≤T≤0.5; (2) 0.05≤T/D50; and (3) 4≤{(W.sub.1−W.sub.0)/W.sub.0×100}/D50.
Heating cooker using ceramic heating element and manufacturing method therefor
The present invention relates to a heating cooker using a ceramic heating element and a manufacturing method thereof, the method comprising: a cooker body preparation step; a heating element material preparation step of preparing any one or more selected from among mill scale, steelmaking slag and magnetite (Fe.sub.3O.sub.4); an inorganic binder preparation step of preparing, as an inorganic binder, a colloidal silica sol having a colloidal silica content of 8 to 30 wt %; a mixing step of mixing 20 to 40 parts by weight of the colloidal silica sol as the inorganic binder with 100 parts by weight of the heating element material, thereby making a heating material paste; an application step of applying the heating element paste to the bottom of the cooker body; and a drying and curing step of drying and curing the heating element paste, thereby forming a solid heating element.

METHOD FOR THE THREE-DIMENSIONAL DECORATION OF A SUBSTRATE TO PRODUCE AN EXTERNAL PART
A method for the three-dimensional decoration of a substrate (11) to produce an external part (10), which method includes the steps of: depositing an enamel base layer (12) on an external surface (110) of a ceramic substrate (11); firing the substrate (11) covered with the base layer (12); etching the base layer (12) in a predefined decorative pattern to generate one or more blind cavities; depositing a decorative layer (13) of ceramic material and/or metallic material on the base layer (12) and the cavities (120) so as to fill said cavities (120) in order to form decorative elements (130); surfacing the decorative layer (13) to remove said layer deposited on the base layer (12); and tribofinishing the substrate (11), the base layer (12) and the decorative layer (13) to remove the base layer (12).
