The present disclosure provides a liquid composition, comprising a dialkylcarbonate, and one or more phosphoric triamide compounds. Also provided is a liquid composition, comprising a C.sub.1-C.sub.4 alcohol, a vegetable oil or petroleum distillate, a surfactant, and one or more phosphoric triamide compounds.
