The polymer compound is represented by Formula (5), where A and B are a single bond or a functional group, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, and R.sup.9 are hydrogen or an alkyl group, and R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 are hydrogen, an alkyl group, or the like.
