IRAK DEGRADERS AND USES THEREOF
The present invention provides compounds, compositions thereof, and methods of using the same. The compounds include an IRAK binding moiety capable of binding to IRAK4 and a degradation inducing moiety (DIM). The DIM could be DTM a ligase binding moiety (LBM) or lysine mimetic. The compounds could be useful as IRAK protein kinase inhibitors and applied to IRAK mediated disorders.

The present invention relates to an amine compound having a fused ring that can be employed in various organic layers in an organic light-emitting device, and a high-efficiency organic light-emitting device comprising same and having significantly improved luminous efficiency. The amine compound having a fused ring, according to the present invention, makes it possible to implement a high-efficiency organic light-emitting device by being employed as an organic layer in the device, particularly as a hole transport or electron blocking material, and thus can be industrially utilized in a flat panel display device, a flexible display device, a monochromatic or white flat panel lighting device, a monochromatic or white flexible lighting device, a vehicle display device, a virtual or augmented reality display device, and the like.
