Phosphohistidine analogs
The present invention relates to the phosphohistidine analogs of the present invention which of the formula ##STR00001##
and the hapten containing the residue of same. It also relates to the hapten conjugated to a carrier molecule and the isolated antibodies raised against the immunogens, said antibodies recognizing polypeptide containing a phosphorylated histidine or the phosphotriazole residue but it does not recognize an amino acid or polypeptide that is not phosphorylated or a polypeptide which is phosphorylated on amino acids other than histidine but not on histidine.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ALKENYL PHOSPHORUS COMPOUND
[Problem]
To provide an alkenyl phosphorus compound.
[Means to Solve the Problem]
The method for manufacturing an alkenyl phosphorus compound according to the present invention is a method in which a specific phosphorus compound and a specific alkynyl compound are reacted in the presence of a transition metal complex and a Lewis acid, thereby giving an alkenyl phosphorus compound.
Arabitol and xylitol based flame retardants
A flame retardant sugar-derived molecule, a process for forming a flame retardant sugar-derived molecule, and an article of manufacture comprising a flame retardant sugar-derived molecule are disclosed. The flame retardant sugar-derived molecule can be synthesized from arabitol, xylitol, arabic acid, or xylonic acid obtained from a bio-based source, and can have at least one phosphoryl or phosphonyl moiety. The process for forming the flame retardant sugar-derived molecule can include reacting arabitol, xylitol, arabic acid, or xylonic acid and a flame retardant phosphorus-based molecule to form the flame retardant sugar-derived molecule.
CYP-eicosanoid derivatives
The present invention relates to compounds according to general formula (I) which are analogues of epoxymetabolites produced by cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes from omega-3 (n-3) polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs). The present invention further relates to compositions containing one or more of these compounds and to the use of these compounds or compositions for the treatment or prevention of conditions and diseases associated with inflammation, proliferation, hypertension, coagulation, immune function, pathologic angiogenesis, heart failure and cardiac arrhythmias.
