SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTINUOUSLY PRODUCING DIETHYL METHYLPHOSPHONITE
The present invention provides a system for continuously producing diethyl methylphosphonite, comprising a rapid mixing reactor and a material circulation subsystem. An inlet of the rapid mixing reactor is provided with a rapid mixing component; the rapid mixing component comprises a first liquid inlet and a second liquid inlet: the second liquid inlet is used for feeding a material containing methylphosphonous dichloride; the material circulation subsystem comprises a filter, a material distribution unit, an acid binding agent premixer and a heat exchanger, which are connected in sequence; the filter is also provided with a solid waste outlet; the material distribution unit is also provided with a diethyl methylphosphonite outlet; the acid binding agent premixer is also provided with a reaction raw material inlet and an acid binding agent inlet; an inlet of the filter is connected to an outlet of the rapid mixing reactor; and an outlet of the heat exchanger is connected to the first liquid inlet. A method for continuously producing the diethyl methylphosphonite by using the system can achieve large-scale continuous production of the diethyl methylphosphonite, and has the advantages of high product yield, stable production, and high production benefit.
Process for preparing dialkylphosphinate and a product thereof
The present provides a process for preparing dialkyl phosphinate, comprising: (1) firstly adding 0-99% of the total weight of phosphinic acids and/or salts thereof and a solvent into a reaction kettle; (2) in the reaction kettle in the presence of alkene and initiator, continuously adding 1-100% of the total weight of the phosphinic acids and/or salts thereof into the reaction system, during the addition process, when the mole contents of monoalkyl phosphinic acids and/or salts thereof account for 10% or less of the total molar contents of phosphorus in the reaction system, stopping adding the phosphinic acids and/or salts thereof. Also providing a dialkyl phosphinate flame retardant prepared by above preparation process.
Low-corrosion fire-resistant thermoplastic resin composition
A low-corrosion fire-resistant thermoplastic resin composition comprising a thermoplastic resin, a phosphinic acid salt flame retardant, a reinforced glass fiber, and a rare earth metal salt corrosion inhibitor. The resin composition improves the corrosion resistance and mechanical performance of the metal to a great extent while maintaining the high flame resistance.

The invention relates to a method for producing ethylenedialkylphosphinic acids, esters and salts, and to the use thereof as flame retardants. The claimed method is characterised in that •a) a phosphinic acid source (I) is reacted with olefins (IV) in the presence of catalyst A so as to obtain an alkylphosphonous acid, salt or ester (II) thereof, and •b) the alkylphosphonous acid, salt or ester (II) thereof obtained in this manner is reacted with acetylenic compound (V) in the presence of catalyst B in order to obtain the ethylenedialkylphosphinic acid derivative (III), •catalyst A being transition metals and/or transition metal compounds and/or catalyst systems composed of a transition metal and/or a transition metal compound and at least one ligand •and catalyst B being electromagnetic radiation.
