ANTIBODY CONSTRUCTS BINDING 4-1BB AND TUMOR-ASSOCIATED ANTIGENS AND USES THEREOF

Described herein are antibody constructs comprising a 41-1BB binding domain and an antigen-binding domain that binds to a tumor-associated antigen (TAA), wherein the 4-1BB-binding domain and the TAA antigen-binding domain are linked directly or indirectly to a scaffold. The scaffold may be an Fc construct with modifications that reduce its ability to mediate effector function.

Multivalent D-Peptidic Compounds for Target Proteins
20230051872 · 2023-02-16 ·

Multivalent D-peptidic compounds that specifically bind to a target protein are provided. The multivalent D-peptidic compounds can include two or more distinct variant D-peptidic domains connected via linking components. The D-peptidic compounds can include multiple distinct domains that specifically bind to different binding sites on a target protein to provide for high affinity binding to, and potent activity against, the target protein. D-peptidic variant GA and Z domain polypeptides are also provided, which polypeptides have specificity-determining motifs (SDM) for specific binding to a target protein, such as VEGF-A or PD-1. In some embodiments where the target protein is homodimeric (e.g., VEGF-A, PD-1), the D-peptidic compounds may be similarly dimeric, and include a dimer of multivalent (e.g., bivalent) D-peptidic compounds. Methods for using the compounds are provided, including methods for treating a disease or condition associated with a target protein in a subject.

NOVEL MULTISPECIFIC ANTIBODY FORMAT

The present invention relates to novel multispecific antigen binding proteins that are capable of binding to multiple targets. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising the multispecific antigen binding proteins as well as methods for producing them are also disclosed.

ANTI-BCMA/ANTI-4-1BB BISPECIFIC ANTIBODIES AND USES THEREOF

An anti-B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA)/anti-4-1BB bispecific antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, and use thereof, are provided. The bispecific antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof may have high binding affinity to both of a BCMA protein and a 4-1BB protein and may be effectively used to prevent or treat a disease related to BCMA, 4-1BB, or both thereof (e.g., cancer).

MANAbodies TARGETING TUMOR ANTIGENS AND METHODS OF USING

This document provides methods and materials for assessing a mammal having or suspected of having cancer and/or for treating a mammal having cancer. For example, molecules including one or more antigen-binding domains (e.g., a single-chain variable fragment (scFv)) that can bind to a modified peptide (e.g., a tumor antigen), as well as method for using such molecules, are provided.

Anti-CTLA4 and anti-PD-1 bifunctional antibody, pharmaceutical composition thereof and use thereof

An anti-CTLA4 (cytotoxic T lymphocyte associated antigen 4) and anti-PD-1 (programmed cell death 1) bifunctional antibody. a pharmaceutical composition thereof and use thereof. Particularly, the anti-CLTA4 and anti-PD-1 bifunctional antibody comprises a first protein functional domain that targets PD-1 and a second protein functional domain that targets CTLA-4. The bifunctional antibody can bind to CTLA-4 and PD-1 specifically, relieve immunosuppression of CTLA4 and PD-1 on an organism specifically, activate T lymphocytes, and thus has good application prospects.

Bispecific antibodies against HER2 and CD3

Bispecific antibodies which comprise one antigen-binding region binding to an epitope of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) and one antigen-binding region binding to human CD3, and related antibody-based compositions and molecules, are disclosed. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising the antibodies and methods for preparing and using the antibodies are also disclosed.
